Glow Happy Scents! Review

I have some amazing products to show you all today, which in fact smell amazing! We will be taking a closer look at an Etsy shop called Glow Happy Scents. This is a shop that make soy candles, and wax melts. I am super excited to get started with this review! I was sent three products to review for all of you today. Two products are individual wax melts, and the third product is a pack of melts.

 

The first product I am going to share with you is an individual wax melt. This is in the scent Salted Caramel, and this is truly one of my all time favorite scents of all times. I had very high expectations for this scents. This shop truly went above and beyond with this one. I was impressed with how much fragrance was packed into one wax tart. I was blown away how powerful these are (in a good way) I placed one in my Scentsy and I instantly could smell this through out my house. Not only did this scent smell amazing but look how gorgeous it is as well. It is a gorgeous yellow color and inside the wax it is packed with glitter which I love. I have never had any wax tarts with glitter before so this was a real treat for me sense I am totally obsessed with glitter as well lol.

Next up we have another individual wax tart, and this one is in the scent Berry Flirt Type. I was instantly excited to smell this one was well just because I am a huge fan of berry scents. Let me just say this smells delicious. I didn't think this one was as powerful in fragrance as the salted caramel but it still smelt awesome. I loved the scent of this, it smelt very clean and super relaxing. I used this in my bedroom and thought it was perfect for that space. I loved smelling it each day when I came home from work.  As far as looks go for this one, I must say I like this one a little bit better and I can only guess you all know why.... It's pink of course lol, and just like the salted caramel this one is filled with glitter too. This one looks very princess like :)

Incase you are wondering about the size of these I decided to include a side view image and as you can see these are pretty big melts. The exact measurements are  2 1/4 inches in diameter, 3/4 inch tall and weigh just under an ounce. You can definitely get a few days worth out of each one of these. I have currently been using each one for around 3 days each now and they both are still going strong. I think these are a really great deal if you are in the market for some new scents.

 

The next product I have to share with you all, which is the last product as well is a pack of  these wax cubes. These come in a very similar package to those that I get through the company Scentsy, which I'm sure most of you are familiar with as well. The scent that she sent to me try out is Fruity Pebbles. Right when I seen this I got super excited just because this is one my all time favorite cereals and the scent of the actual cereal was one my favorite things about it as well lol.

 The scent for these wax cubes is pretty spot on. It smells just like the real thing which is amazing. Just with one sniff and my mouth was watering like crazy lol. I was super amazed with how good this really smelt, and how strong the fragrance was as well. I think out of all the scents that she sent me to try out this is the one that is the packed with the most scent which is great because this one if my favorite lol. I used this in my living room and was amazed with how much this filled up my house with the scent. I had a few guests over when I was testing this wax out and everyone said it smelt really good and it smelt like I was cooking something!

"Fruity, fun, and cute! Fruity Pebbles wax melts smell just like the original."

 

If you are unfamiliar with this type of packaging of wax tarts I will explain. Pretty much there are 6 pieces of wax here and you simply just break them off and then place one in your warmer then you are good to go. You could always add more then just one cube of wax if you have a bigger warmer, but as far as the scent goes you really only need one cube. The color of this one is beautiful as well. The base of this wax is white and instead of just leaving it plain. Some color were added to the top to give it some pizzaz. I love the swirls or pink, yellow and blue in this wax. It really is the perfect color to go with the fruity pebble scent.

 

I highly recommend checking out this shop. It is packed with so many amazing scents. I am super impressed with the three that I received. These are also the most beautiful wax tarts I have received as well!

Walter & Rosie Candle Co! Review

I have a review on some wax tarts today! These are not like any other wax I have reviewed here on my blog before. These are super special and really hit home when I stumbled across these on the internet. The name of this shop is called Walter and Rosie Candle Co and they make a wide range of wax that are Disney inspired! Yep that's right Disney Wax. If you are Disney obsessed like me then these are a must, especially when your away from Disney I know it gets hard and these make it a little bit more manageable lol.

 

I was sent three different wax tarts to try out and I am so thrilled to share these with you! The scents I received are Citrus Swirl, Polynesian and Main Street Confectionary. Is your mouth watering yet? Because mine is lol. These are packaged just like any other wax tarts you find pretty much anywhere. Each package contains 6 cubes of wax. You simply break off one piece of wax and place into your warmer and then you are good to go! Let's get a close look at each on these scents and see how amazing they are I am so excited to see what these smell like!

 

Up first we have Citrus Swirl. This automatically makes me want a Dole Whip from Disney lol. I could smell this one over the two other as soon as I opened my mail. I didn't even have to open the wax itself before getting a whiff of this. Let me just tell you this smells amazing! It smells just like a creamsicle. I'm not a huge fan of Citrus stuff, but I easily make an exception with this lol. I cant get over how good this smells!

 

The description of this scent is:

"On your next "adventure" don't forget to grab a sweet treat from the orange bird filled with touches of orange citrus and vanilla."

 

Up next we have Polynesian which I was unsure how this one was going to smell. I really like this one too! It smells really fruity which is another one of my favorite scents. This is a really relaxing scent and reminds me of the beach. It is super relaxing! I really love this scent as well. I think this is going to be my go to scent over the summer!

 

The description for this scent is:

"Aloha with a touch of sweet melon, raspberry nectar, Italian lemon and creamy coconut."

 

 

The last wax tart I have to share with you all is called Main Street Confectionary. This is the one I wanted to try the most, considering this is my favorite place in Disney and I love the smell of that place. Let me just say Oh my goodness! Sugar overload. This smells soooo good it's not even funny. It is sooo sweet and smells just like candy which is huge hit for me. If you like sweet scents then this is the scent for you!

 

The description for this scent is:

"Everyone’s favorite summer time treat, this candy-like scent with touches of sweet vanilla and orange will leave you wishing you were in line grabbing a bag right now."

 

My final thought on these wax tarts is over the roof! These are by far the most amazing smelling tarts I have ever tried. The scents are super powerful in the packaging and in the warmers as well. The Citrus Swirl filled my entire home with this scent and I can't get over how powerful these truly are. The fact that these are Disney just makes these even more special. I love these and I highly recommend checking them out.

Golden Canyon By Susan J. O'Connell! Review!

 

Today I have a review on a company that I am not that familiar with. I am reviewing some products from the company called the Gold Canyon. This is an independent consultant company and today I will be representing Susan J. O'Connell. For this review I was sent two different products to try out. Both of the products that were sent to me are sample size, which are perfect for me to share with you and try out for myself and give you my honest opinion. I was sent a candle to try out and a cleaning product.

 

 

The first product that was sent to me was just a sample size of  candle. This is actually a full sized product but I was just sent the tail end of it try out. The scent of this candle is called Autumn Walk this scent is described as the following : " Enchanting. Fragrant. Musky. Notes of Jasmine, Musk & Sandalwood". I have to say just by hearing the name of this scent I didn't think I would be a fan of it to be honest with you. I do have to say I was completely wrong. I think this scent is amazing and super relaxing. I think this is a perfect "home-y" scent for your home. I am so glad that this was the scent that was sent to me I am a huge fan of this. All of the candles on this website are sold in three different sizes, so you have some options when choosing which size is best for you and for your needs. This is the biggest one you can get.

I cant believe for the price how much product you actually get! This candle says it can burn for up to 200 hours! That is incredible and a very long time. I have to say just the little amount of candle that was left lasted me quite some time. I was amazed at how well this candle burned. I thought the scent was super powerful and lasted for a very long time. To be 100% honest with you all, I usually go to Bath and Body Works and buy all of their candles because I love their candles because they are the most powerful that I have found anywhere....until now. This is the strongest candle I have ever tried before. This instantly filled my house with this amazing scent. I relieved so many compliments when I used this in my home as well, which was awesome! Who doesn't love hearing that their home smells amazing? Lol that's probably the best compliment you can get when you have guests over. I can promise you, that you will not find a candle this powerful, this big, and this cheap anywhere else. I highly recommend checking these out for yourself!

 

 

The next product I have to review for all of you is something a little bit different. I received a sample size of one of their all purpose cleaners. First I must start off by saying how adorable is this sample?! Lol I think its so cute and adorable! The point of this product is to use it to clean pretty much anywhere, which is amazing. It is packed with essential oils that provide antiseptic, antifungal and antiviral properties. This product is safe to use pretty much anywhere you can think of. I used this in my car to clean my dash boards and over small crevices and I have to say this did an amazing job. I was impressed with how well it cleaned. I was also impressed with the scent alone! This has hints of Rosemary, Peppermint, Eucalyptus & Spearmint. I'm sure you can imagine how amazing this smells. It just is the perfect scent for a cleaning product. It smells clean and super refreshing which is awesome. I plan on keeping this in my car and using this all the time. This product is really amazing!

Scentsy! Review!

Today I have a review for all of you that I am super excited about! I have a review of a company by the name of Scentsy. I'm sure most of you have heard of this company before. They are known for making things wonderful, and I' d say over the past few years this company has really grown in size and the amount of products that they sell. Today I will be representing Sara Perry.

 

 

I was sooo excited to see that she sent me a warmer! This is one of there smaller warmers that is used as night light. For the longest time I have wanted to try one of these products out and now I have my very own! For those of you who have no idea what this is I will explain! Pretty much this is a called a flameless candle. You simply plug this into an outlet and turn it on and it the light bulb inside the warmer heats up the tray where you put the wax. It then melts the wax and BOOM amazing smelling space! This is perfect for people has have asthma and cant deal with the fumes of a regular candle. These are so much easier to use then your normal candle.

Inside the box this came in 3 different pieces. It was super easy to put together. The glass wax holder was on piece, the light bulb was one piece and then the actual plug was the third piece.

 

Here's a close up of the glass. I am truly in love with this one. I think she did an amazing job at picking something out that I would like. This is really gorgeous and I love the texture that was added on to the glass it almost reminds me of a turtle shell. I love the dark purple color this is super versatile and could go with a wide range of home décor. I do have to say this is pretty heavy. You can just tell by feeling how much weighs, that this is a great piece. This is super high quality and I am so excited to try it out!

 

I think my favorite feature of this warmer has to be the little switch to turn it on and off. I think this is perfect for people like myself who aren't always home a lot. It's super easy to turn on and off when your in a hurry. This really will save you some time in that aspect because you wont have to unplug it and all of that jazz!

 

 

Here's a close up of the light bulb that is used for these small warmers. I do have to say finding these anywhere would probably be a pain in the butt, but have no free Scentsy sells these too and there pretty cheap as well. I have to say from experience though, my other warmer which I have had for a pretty long time I have never replaced the bulb yet. So these will last you a while so you don't need to worry about that.

 

I placed this warmer in my bathroom and let me just tell you I was impressed! I honestly knew that I would be anyways lol. I have never tried a Scentsy product that I didn't like lol. As far as warmers go I have only had the chance to use a full size one, this one I use in my bedroom. I have has that one for quite some time now. I have been meaning to try one of these smaller ones out for quite some time now. I do have to say that this little guy is pretty powerful. I thought because this was a smaller warmer that it probably wouldn't have the same effect, but nope I was wrong. If I had this in my bedroom and replaced it with my full size warmer I probably wouldn't even know the difference. I am beyond impressed. This is the perfect product for smaller spaces, or this would be great for people who have pets or small kids and want this to be up and away and not just sitting on a countertop.

 

She also went as far as including some of these little jars of samples of some scents that Scentsy offers! I was super excited to see that she threw some of these into the package. This helped me get a feel for some of the scents and see what I liked and what I didn't. I do have to say that there was barely any that I didn't like lol.

 

She also sent me one pack of bars to try. The scent that she included is called Pear Blossom and Cucumber. I do have to say from the name of it, I didn't think I was going to like it all that much. I was wrong that is for sure. I have to say after smelling and using this scent this is now one of my favorite ones I have ever tried. It smells really fresh and clean, it really isn't over powering at all. It's pretty refreshing actually.

For those of you who aren't familiar with these packs of wax, here is a photo of the back as you can see this is split into 8 smaller pieces. You simply break them apart and place them into your warmer. You really only need one for most warmers, but you can also mix and match wax cubes which I have done in the past. I wouldn't recommend this for smaller warmers though, but this is great for the bigger ones. One cube will truly last you a really long time. and once you don't smell it anymore, you need to do is replace the wax. It is super easy.

 

I'd have to say as final thought I am in love with Scentsy! I love all these products and would high recommend all of these! I want to thank Sara Perry for letting me test out some of her products and being so friendly with me. I truly had a great time trying all of these out and I hope to work with you again in the future. Something you want to happen to your shop in the future: Hopefully get more customers and add more scents to my shop. I will be coming out with new ones for the fall season soon!

Do you have any plans for your shop products in the future: I’d like to someday make candles in different containers instead of just tin, such as glass. Once I get a better profit, I will expand.

What is something you want your future customers to kno about your shop: I love making candles and hope that you love the ones I make. I always had a hard time buying candles that actually had a strong, lasting scent. I guarantee that my candles have exactly that and you will not be disappointed. They will fill the room with a lovely scent.

It's hard to pick a favorite candle just by reading about them and not actually smelling them but this candle sounds amazing! It's called "Eat me" which is a reference from Disney's Alice in Wonderland. I love how all the candles in this shop are named after Disney, or other characters are movie. I wouldn't doubt that this candle is amazing.
