EdensBowtique On Etsy! Holiday Gift Guide Review!

I received two hair accessories from a shop on Etsy by the name of EdensBowtique

The first hair accessory that she sent me is this green shooting star. This little hair bow has a lot going on with it but I really love it. She chose some great pieces to use, they all work really well together. I'm not a huge fan of the color green, but I actually really do like this. It has a silver sequin star, which is the main focus of this air bow. To really capture the "shooting" star aspect she included some really pretty feathers attached to the back of it, and some tulle as well.

The next bow that she sent me is probably my favorite by far! This bow is inspired by Beauty and The Beast. In the direct center of this bow is an adorable figure of Belle made out of polymer clay, which was done beautifully. The details in this are beautiful. As far as the bow goes, she used red and yellow, which was a great choice. These colors really go nicely with the color of Belle's dress and with the red rose that she is holding. The fabric that she used is more on the satin side of things, it has a little shine to it. She also included some red tulle fabric in this one as well, which I think was the perfect touch. It adds a lot of depth to this piece.

I'm pretty impressed with the quality of this shop, everything is really well made and put together nicely, nothing looks sloppy or was rushed to be made. You can tell that amount of time she puts into each piece. However these pieces are not listed in her shop, she has so much more to look at it! There is a piece for pretty much anyone in this shop. I really suggest checking her shop out.

These would be the perfect gifts for any little girl, or anyone who loves hair accessories, there is really something for anyone in this shop.

MindysThriftyThrills on Etsy! Holiday Gift Guide Review!

I received a gorgeous and definitely unique piece from a shop by the name of MindysThriftyThrills

She sent me a beautiful bouquet of paper flowers made out of old Disney story books. These are incredible. I have never seen something so delicate and beautiful before. Each flower that she made it full of incredible small details. Every flower has its own special theme she sent me a few different ones that I love. She included a lot of my all time Disney favorites such as The Little Mermaid, Cinderella, Snow White and Beauty and The Beast. She used the main part of the each flower with the old story books, and used different colored paper to bring out the colors in the story books. She did a fantastic job at creating these, and picking which pieces of paper to use with these flowers. I am truly amazed with these.

She even included a matching vase, which is probably my favorite part of this entire package. I was so surprised to see this! It was a bonus. This vase is incredible! It features so many of my favorite characters, I was amazed! She did an incredible job making this. I will defintily be hanging on to this piece for a very long time.

This is a shop owner that truly cares and goes the extra mile to make her customers happy! Everything that she sent me was packaged nicely and not just thrown into a box.

She also included, another bonus in the package! and this time the bonus is for you guys, my readers! She made this gorgeous bouquet for one of you lucky guys out their, stay tuned because your chance to win this will be coming up soon :)

EstellesVboutique On Etsy! Holiday Gift Guide! Review!

I received two adorable pair of ears from a shop on etsy by the name of EstellesVboutique

The first pair that she sent me to review are these gorgeous ears that are inspired by Belle from Beauty and the Beast. These are gorgeous! These are my first pairs of ears that are "blinged" out!
I love how the ears are covered in yellow rhinestones, there isn't quite a lot going on with these, which I liked. They are on the more on the plain side. The rhinestones are placed perfectly and filled in really nicely.
Retails:($20.00)

In the center there is a red bow, in the center of the bow there is a rose that is covered in rhinestones. To be completely honest, when I first looked at these I thought they were inspired by Winnie the Pooh, because of the yellow and red. Once I seen the rose though, I instantly knew that these were inspired by Belle.

The next pair I received is a pair inspired by Elsa from frozen. I really like these as well! This one on the ears instead of covering the entire thing in rhinestones she made a snowflake pattern which is super creative. I like how she chose to do that instead of covering all of it up.
Retails:($20.00)

These did however arrive damaged :(
One of ears fell off, it's really not a big deal though it's a pretty simple fix. It will easily go back together once I attach some glue to it.

In the center she made a small bow out of tulle, which has a little bit of shimmer in it. For the center piece in these she placed a rhinestone snowflake which is the perfect finishing touch for these ears.

Overall I'd say I really do enjoy these ears. They are really cute ad stylish, they are also really unique as well. I find the look of all her creations to be a little different from any other on Etsy I have found. The actual ears on the headbands are lowered a little bit instead of being on the very top of the headband, which I like. The more I look at these the more I really do like them.

The headbands that these ears are attached to is really comfortable as well. I wore these around for a while and forgot about them. I haven't had the chance to wear these to Disney and I can't wait to do so!

NotSoPlainWhiteT's on Etsy!

I received an adorable T-shirt from a shop on Etsy by the name of NotSoPlainWhiteT's

The shirt that this shop sent me is this adorable Disney one. I am in absolute love with this shirt. The design on this shirt is supposed to resemble the Starbucks logo, and it has Belle inside of it. This is pretty perfect if you ask me Starbucks and Disney, two of my favorite things ever. To be honest I have never seen this design ever, and I was really drawn to it as soon as I seen it in this shop.

Retails:($10.00)

As you can see in this picture the image was placed perfectly on this shirt. There are no bubbles or anything. I have had a lot of problems in the past with shops who make there on printed t- shirts, with the designs coming off, or just looking on the cheap side. This one beats all the others I have tried in the past. I'm amazed with the quality of this shirt. I did take my time with posting this so I could wear it a few times and wash it to see how it would hold up. It did a really good job, it looks just like how I bought it. This shirt is going to last me a really long time, I can tell by how good it looks now after washing it multiple times.

Another great thing about this shirt is that the actual shirt that this was made on is really good shirt. I plan on wearing this to Disney and I know it will be perfect. This fabric of this shirt is really breathable and super comfortable.

Overall I'm highly impressed with this shirt and this shop in general, they have such a huge selection to pick from. I can't get over the prices either, they are super cheap! and I'm telling you these shirts are really the best quality, you can't find these just anywhere!

Creativeniknaks On Etsy!

I received a absolute beautiful art piece from a shop by the name of Creativeniknaks
The shop owners name is Laura and she makes beautiful artwork that is definitely one a kind. I've yet to find anything like this before ever!
Retails:($25.00)

She makes beautiful 3D art pieces inside of a shadow box. She makes a big variety of these and of course I got a Disney one :) She sent me Belle which is incredible.

I cant get over the amount of detail in this piece. My favorite part of this, has got to be the red flowers that are in her hair. It just adds so much depth to this piece and definitely is the thing in this that really catches my eye. I love how there red as well it is a great contrast to her yellow dress.

She made this inside of a black shadow box that's 8in x 10in Its pretty deep in depth.

I tried to include photos from all angles, so you can get a better view on how this really looks in real life. It was really hard trying to photograph this, you really need to see this in person, its incredible.

The amount of time and effort put into this really shows, in fact all of the pieces in her shop all the pieces in her entire shop are all the same way, I'm actually working with her now too plan out the next piece, stay tuned because I will definitely be posting it right on the blog. I wont tell you what it will be, but i will give you a hint...

FangirlCreation on Etsy! Interview :)

I had the chance to interview one of my favorite shops on Etsy. Her name is Brie and she owns FanGirlCreation

Name: My name is Brie Mitchell.

Location: I am based out of Clearwater, Fl.

Age: I am 25 years old.

Name of shop: Fangirl Creation

How'd you come up with the name of your shop: I have always been a "Fangirl" even before I really knew what the word meant and I wanted a name that really expressed the love I have for all things "geeky" ha.

How long has your shop been open: My shop just celebrated it's first birthday on July 14th and I am just blown away by the love and support it has gotten in that short amount of time.

What gave you the idea about opening an etsy shop: I always loved shopping on Etsy, so I guess the idea has always been in the back of my mind to start my own shop.

Is this a hobby of your or do you do this full time?: I am actually a full time veterinary technician (nurse for animals) and I do that for about 9 to 10 hours a day and then come home and start working on Fangirl, so between the two they are each full time jobs, but I would not trade either of them for anything.

What kind of items do you sell in your shop: I sell mainly bows but I am actually in the middle of an expansion! So there will be more surprises to come soon!

Your favorite item that you sell: OMG. That is a hard question, I love all my bows so much! If I had to choose a few to name my favorites they would be 1. Belle from Beauty and the Beast - She has always been my favorite princess! 2. Harley Quinn - she is by far my favorite comic book character for her fun and absolutely insane nature (fun fact: she was my very first sale!) and 3. Tessa - from Clockwork Angel, She was my first real challenge because I couldn't look at a photo from a movie or tv show because she is from a book series. I am always so happy when someone gets one of my book bows because that to me means that I have done that character justice enough that someone else saw the same thing in their head when they thought of that character. Corny I know!
Retails: ($4.00)

Something you want to happen to your shop in the future: I would love for this to be my full time job, Its really more of a passion and I get to work with all sorts of wonderfully geeky people that make my heart happy!

Do you have any plans for your shop products in the future:

If so what: I think I might have covered this in a few other places but some surprising new items will be popping up soon (they're a secret but I know everyone will love them!) but for sure one day in the future I will be starting to design shirts!

What is something you want your future customers to kno about your shop: I will not put a bow (or any item) up on my shop until I am 100% sure that (to me at least) it does that character justice. I also value my quality over everything!

I had an extremely difficult time picking out on my favorite bows from her shop because there just all so beautiful but I decided i'd go with this Ariel one! This bow is so adorable and is packed with small details. Ariel is my favorite princess and I just love this bow!
Retails:($12.00)
