DisneyAddictedEars! Review!

I have a very exciting review for all of you today on probably one of my favorite products I review here on my blog. I will be reviewing some handmade Minnie Mouse ears that are from a shop on Etsy by the name of DisneyAddictedEars.

As most of you probably already know, I go to Disney quite frequently and I ALWAYS wear Minnie Mouse ears when I go there. I choose not to buy ears at the park because everyone wears them. I like being different and having some different types of ears that you can find at the parks. They have quite a few at the parks but nothing that ever screams out and grabs my attentions. I found this shop by browsing instagram actually and I was super impressed with the amount of different ears this shop had. The pair of ears that were sent to me to review for all of you are these adorable Cinderella inspired ears.

Retails:($24.00)

I can honestly say I am in love with these ears. I love the color scheme of them. It really does scream Cinderella. She nailed it with these. The blue is the perfect Cinderella blue color that I am sure you all know what I am talking about. For the bow in the center she actually included two different bows. The one in the back is actually just a plain white bow, and to add some more color she added another blue bow right in front. To add a little something else she included a small charm of the carriage. This is probably my favorite part about these ears.

I love the fabric she chose to use with these ears. I love how each ear is different as well. On one of the ears it is light blue fabric with some silver glitter, which goes amazing with the silver boarder around each ear. On the left side of ears the fabric chosen for that one is a Cinderella based one. I love this one as well. It has small image of Cinderella along with a quote from the movie. I really cant decide which fabric I like the best of the ears, they both are adorable and go so well with each other.

The actual head band itself that has the ears on it is super nice as well. I think this is probably one of the most comfortable ears that I own. Most head bands I can't stand especially when they start digging into your skin but this one didn't at all which really surprised me. These ears are probably one of the best quality's that I own. I have several pairs of these ears and sometimes they just don't hold up. I go to Disney a lot.. and I need ears that can keep  up with all my Disney world trips and these certainly do the job. These were made so nicely, there are no flaws at all in them which is nice too. I don't see any residue from the glue or anything. These ears are picture perfect and honestly look like something you would find at Disney World.

I am in love with these ears! I think they are amazing and I cant wait to wear them some more. I actually wore these on my most recent Disney trip ( this past weekend). I had several people ask me where in the park I bought these ears and they were super surprised when I told them it was from an Etsy shop.

I want to thank this shop owner for sending me these ears to review. I love them so much and I really hope to work with you again in the future. I highly recommend this shop and hope you go and check out her shop, and see all of her amazing ears!

MissasTreasures On Etsy! Holiday Gift Guide Review!

I recieved a pair of Minnie ears from a shop on Etsy by the name of MissasTreasures

The ears that she sent me are a pair of her Haunted Mansion collection. This are the ultimate ears for this time of the year in my opinion. They have a Halloween feel to them, but then again they don't scream Halloween, which is good because you will be able to wear these several times. These ears are probably the most well made ones I have had the chance to review yet! The actual ears are plushie, and not just flat. In this aspect they are my favorite. They are actually not really heavy which was really surprising. She did an amazing job in capturing the Haunted Mansion in these ears. The colors are spot on, and I love how simple these are. She truly did an amazing job in creating these ears. The hand band part on these is actually really comfortable as well. I worse these for a while, and didn't get annoyed with these on my head. These will be perfect to wear in Disney, and I wont have to worry about loosing them or having them break either.

Retails:($20.00)

These would be the perfect gift for any Disney lover, or anyone that you know is planning to go on a Disney vacation. You can never have too many pairs of ears :)

CheersToTheEars On Etsy! Holiday Gift Guide Review!

I received some gorgeous Minnie Mouse ears from a shop on Etsy by the name of CheersToTheEars

This first pair is inspired by Dole Whip. For those of you out there who don't know what Dole Whip is you are truly missing out. Dole Whip is delicious pineapple ice cream that is sold only at Disney World and Disney Land, and it truly is amazing lol. Next time you go to a Disney Park make sure you check the Dole Whip out, you will be so amazed lol..... back to the ears, There are adorable  on the ears they used a super soft fabric, which is really light weight. In the center there is a small light pink bow, with some darker pink tulle dun dun dun and in the center is a big wooden pineapple. These capture this dessert perfectly and is really one of the most creative ears I have found yet.
Retails:($30.00)

This next pair is A Little Mermaid inspired pair of ears. Now you may be asking yourself, how is this little mermaid? I don't see the basic purple and green color scheme. This is actually a different take on the little mermaid. This shop calls this their vintage take on the little mermaid. I love these! They are so awesome and unique as well. They are very soft too! I love the different fabrics used for these. These are pretty basic so would be the perfect accessory for any Disney outfit. My favorite part of these have to be the gorgeous light blue sequins in the middle of the ears. It really gives it the perfect pop of color. They did an incredible job in making these ears. They places real seashells on these, one is one the front of the bow, and there is actually one on the back as well. The ears are also outlined in some pearls. They also included teo small silver starfish on each ear too. These ears really have a nice beachy chic style to it. These are truly gorgeous and I can't wait to wear these!

I highly recommend this shop. This ears are probably one of the best well made ears I have found. There are a lot of pieces glued to them and they are really secured on them. A lot of my ears that I do have I become nervous to wear them in the parks because I think they will break, but not these. I'm highly confident that these ears will hold up for all your Disney adventures you will have :)

OnceUponADreamEars On Etsy! Holiday Gift Guide Review!

I received some one of a kind Minnie Mouse Ears from a shop on Etsy by the name of OnceUponADreamEars

This shop owner is truly amazing and talented. I gave her an idea on something that I wanted for my birthday and she went above and beyond my expectations for these ears. I pretty much told her something that screamed "ITS MY BIRTHDAY!!!!!!" and had lots of pink in them. I think she nailed it pretty perfectly what do you think? Lol. She covered each ear in rhinestones, there are 2 shades of pink and a really gorgeous turquoise blue. These colors work really well with each other, she also attached two  small adorable cupcakes to each ear, These match the ears perfectly and go really good with the Birthday theme.

For the bow in the center she make it out of light pink little flowers, then on top of those is small sparkley heart with a silver crown. She did an incredible job with including such small details with these ears. In the back of these ears she also included a foam crown which is the perfect finishing touch. I am absolutely in love with shop and the products that she made.

She made these on a felt covered headband so they are super comfortable to wear! Which I was worried about sense these do have a lot going on with them lol. There actually pretty light weight which is really surprising to me.

In the process of this order I also bought some more ears from her.. those will be coming soon in an upcoming blog so stay tuned.

I highly suggest checking this shop out she has tons of ears, and I'm sure you will find the perfect ones!

These ears in this shop are the perfect gift for any big Disney fan you may know
(*Hint hint to all my friends out these this is what I want for Christmas lol*)

EstellesVboutique On Etsy! Holiday Gift Guide! Review!

I received two adorable pair of ears from a shop on etsy by the name of EstellesVboutique

The first pair that she sent me to review are these gorgeous ears that are inspired by Belle from Beauty and the Beast. These are gorgeous! These are my first pairs of ears that are "blinged" out!
I love how the ears are covered in yellow rhinestones, there isn't quite a lot going on with these, which I liked. They are on the more on the plain side. The rhinestones are placed perfectly and filled in really nicely.
Retails:($20.00)

In the center there is a red bow, in the center of the bow there is a rose that is covered in rhinestones. To be completely honest, when I first looked at these I thought they were inspired by Winnie the Pooh, because of the yellow and red. Once I seen the rose though, I instantly knew that these were inspired by Belle.

The next pair I received is a pair inspired by Elsa from frozen. I really like these as well! This one on the ears instead of covering the entire thing in rhinestones she made a snowflake pattern which is super creative. I like how she chose to do that instead of covering all of it up.
Retails:($20.00)

These did however arrive damaged :(
One of ears fell off, it's really not a big deal though it's a pretty simple fix. It will easily go back together once I attach some glue to it.

In the center she made a small bow out of tulle, which has a little bit of shimmer in it. For the center piece in these she placed a rhinestone snowflake which is the perfect finishing touch for these ears.

Overall I'd say I really do enjoy these ears. They are really cute ad stylish, they are also really unique as well. I find the look of all her creations to be a little different from any other on Etsy I have found. The actual ears on the headbands are lowered a little bit instead of being on the very top of the headband, which I like. The more I look at these the more I really do like them.

The headbands that these ears are attached to is really comfortable as well. I wore these around for a while and forgot about them. I haven't had the chance to wear these to Disney and I can't wait to do so!

GwizzyEars on Etsy! Interview :)

Name: Nicki and Zoe Gwizdak (mom & daughter)

Location: Concord, Ca

Age: 43 & 17

Name of shop: Gwizzy Ears

How we got our name: Gwizzy was a nickname that Zoe's friends gave her. We thought it was cute and original.
How long has shop been open: 1 year

What gave us the idea: Zoe came up with the idea and I thought it sounded like something fun for us to do together. We have been Disney obsessed for years so this was a way to get creative with something that we loved.

Is this a hobby: yes. I have a full time job as a Gymnastics Coach and Zoe has school and a tutor job. This is a fun hobby for us to share with each other. I love getting together and coming up with new ideas.
Items: currently we sell custom mouse ears and headbands with bows on them.

Favorite item: hmmm, that's a hard question. Every time we come up with a new ear, that one becomes my favorite. We did make a custom pair that are not in our Etsy store. We made a pair of Alice ears with her dress design on the front and the Cheshire cat on the back and they said "we're all mad here". We keep meaning to make another pair and add them to our shop. If I were to pick one from site, I'd have to say the Peter Pan ears.
Retails:($25.00)
Peter Pan Inspired Mouse Ears

In the future: I just want to keep coming up with more designs for our ears. I'd love to get more followers on our Instagram site.

Plans for future products: I have made several cross body cell phone purses that match some of our ears. I'd like to add those for sale soon. I also just made our first draw string back pack. It was super easy to make and I'd love to sell those as well.

Future customers to know: We are loving what we do! My favorite part is getting the positive reviews/feedback and seeing customer pics with our ears! Can't wait to get the new items up and see how people like them.

There are so many great ears in this shop and I had an extremely hard time picking out my favorite ones, but I decided to go with these. They are beautiful!!! I have never seen ears quite like this before. These ears have fireworks on the ears and in the middle of thee bow there is the castle. I love these, they would be perfect to wear with any Disney outfit really  because they have so many colors in them!:) and of course I love how the bow in the center of these is pink :)

BelievEars on Etsy! Interview! and Coupon Code!!!!

Name: Olivia Ritota

Location: Orlando, Florida

Age: 22

Name of shop: BelievEars

How'd you come up with the name of your shop: One day my boyfriend and I were talking about my idea to make and sell designed mouse ears. We listed a few things that reminded us of the magical place called Disney. I gave the suggestions of “magic” “pixie dust” and “believe”. That is when my boyfriend came up with the name BelievEars. However, we did not choose the name yet, we thought a bit more through out that night. The next day I decided that it was the best name we could come up with that also portrayed what I wanted in my shop. I wanted people to believe in the magic I believe these characters bring to the hearts of others. That is when I went ahead and made the Etsy shop and surprised my boyfriend with the name.

How long has your shop been open: July 2015

What gave you the idea about opening an etsy shop: I was looking for a way to make money while still being a full time student. I also wanted to be able to incorporate something that I was passionate about and loved. That is when I decided that I should craft items, since I have always loved to craft. It took me a few days after that to come up with making the costume mouse ears. This is where I fell in love with the idea of having an Etsy shop. I am lucky enough to be able to combine my two passions and do something that I love.

Is this a hobby of your or do you do this full time?: Currently, this is a full time business. However, I would not call this “work” what-so-ever. I am able to live my life loving what I am doing to build a savings account and help me through my college career.

What kind of items do you sell in your shop: I currently am only selling mouse ears, however, I plan on expanding my products with some scented candles and body scrubs.

Your favorite item that you sell: I am currently obsessed with the MonstEars Costume Mouse Ears that I have for sale. They are adorable and feature all of my favorite monsters!
Retails:($14.50)
Monsters Inc Inspired Mouse Ears, Disney Inspired, Character Mouse Ears, Handcrafted Mouse Ears, Cosplay Headband

Something you want to happen to your shop in the future: I am hoping that my shop really takes off! My childhood dream was not to be an actress, model, or pop star. It was simply to be able to take care of myself and future family by doing something that I love. This would be a big stepping stone to that direction in my future.

Do you have any plans for your shop products in the future: I am always planning for the future of BelievEars.

If so what: I will always be putting out new designs of mouse ears with new character designs, some flag designs that at represented in the parks here in Orlando, and also some holiday themed designs. I am also planning on making different types of ears, currently I only offer sequin ears. I will soon be offering some fabric made ears, some will also have bows. In addition to that, as I have stated earlier, BelievEars will be opening a “spa” section that will offer some scented candles and body scrubs. I am also planning on more future products that I am going to keep a surprise.

What is something you want your future customers to know about your shop: I am always going to be running promotions! Keep an eye out for coupon codes on Facebook and Instagram. Also, I am currently running a giveaway on Instagram to win a pair of free ears and a few other Disney themed surprises! If you would like to participate in the giveaway I encourage you to follow the instagram @believ.ears Thank you all to those of you that have already made purchases, liked my Facebook page, and have followed the Instagram account! Your support truly means the world to me!

It was so hard choosing a favorite pair of ears from this shop. All of the ears listed in this shop are so beautiful and well designed. These Finding Nemo ones really caught my eye. I've yet to find a pair of  Finding Nemo ears, and these are just way too adorable! I love how these include a lot of characters in the movie as well. These also include Squirt, the little baby turtle which is my favorite character :)

SimplicityByEmma On Etsy!

I recieved a gorgeous pair of Minnie ears to review from a shop on Etsy by the name of SimplicityByEmma

She sent me a a pair that is inspired by Olaf!
These ears are absolutely adorable. On the top of these ears they have a big black bow which is made really well, the fabric used for this bow is a thicker fabric so it feels really durable.
Retails:($18.00)

Then on the side of ear they is small blue bead detailing which adds the perfect amount of bling! I lov how these ears are more on the simple side and not to crazy and obnoxious.

I have to admit when I opened these I was kind of worried about how the beading would actually hold on on the ears, but so far its holding up really well. These ears are really well made which is great because these will get a bunch of use out of them.

I also love how he attached these ears to a normal everyday headband, these are so comfy, not to tight to the head and also doesn't hurt behind my ears either, which a lot of them do!

On the back, there isn't really anything special. It's just basic, she did a really good job at making everything look really clean. I love how the Olaf fabric continues on the back of the ears, some of the ones I have seen are just gorgeous  on the front, but on the back they just leave them "blank" but these are just as pretty on the back.

Overall I'd say that I'm highly impressed with these, she did an incredible job, and these are gorgeous, and for this price you really can't beat it. The ones at Disney are at least $25, and for this price your getting one of a kind unique ears!

I suggest checking this shop out, she makes a ton of other Minnie ears and along with some cute bows as well!
