FitSnack Subscription Box Review!

I have another fun subscription box review for all of you today!  I feel like subscription boxes are always my favorite to review, because you really never know what you are going to get which is pretty exciting. It's almost like it's Christmas which is awesome! The box we are going to be taking a  look at today is called FitSnack. This is a monthly subscription of food. These are more on the healthier side as well which is cool! I loveeee getting food subscriptions because it's just really convenient for me. I don't know about you guys but I seriously hate going grocery shopping. I feel like it always takes up a huge amount of my time and I also never go outside of my box and pick up different things to try which is why I love this box! I do have to say before we get started with this review I have to apolgize for not including more pictures of the items of the box. I'm not even going to lie, these snacks did not last long in my household. Between my boyfriend and I we both demolished this box within hours of opening it!LOL we just had to try everything and let me just tell you everything was pretty good.

Inside my box was:

Tickle Water in the flavor green apple- To be honest I wasn't too sure about this one. I am not a huge fan of green apple. I was really surprised with this one. This a carbonated drink. I wouldn't say it's like most that I have ever had. The flavor wasn't very strong it was really just the right about of sweetness and not overpowering at all. I really thought this was super refreshing. I will definitely be checking out this brand in the future to see what other flavor they have.

KaCookies, two flavors one in BlueBerry and one in Chocolate- These were gluten free and made with no eggs or dairy products. I'm not a huge fan of chocolate. I decided to try the berry one first. I thought these were going to taste not so great, but once again I was wrong. I loved these a lot. They had the perfect consistency and I thought they were extremely flavorful. They didn't taste much like any healthy cookie to me!

Beanitos- I have heard of these before and have always been super curious to try them. So I was glad to see that two bags were included inside this box for me! These are tortilla chips but they are made out of black beans. I will tell you that these were truly amazing! I thought these were the perfect amount of saltiness for my liking. The bag size was pretty nice as well. I was super glad that there were two of these instead of just one!

Amesty bar in Peanut butter- I got pretty excited when I seen this for a few reason. 1. I love any type of bar that's usually what my go to snack is 2. I am beyond obsessed with peanut butter. I loved the texture of this bar it wasn't hard, and it wasn't too soft either (HA that's what she said, sorry had too lol). Anyways. I thought this was pretty good as well. I think this would be a great snack that would definitely hold you over till your next meal. It was really filling.

Turkey Jerky- This was the first thing that was gone out of this box lol. As you can see it's not even in this photo because I couldn't even wait to eat it. I apologize but I don't even remember what brand it was but just know that it was great lol! 

Also included in this box they include some extra supplements, these are cool that they include these but to be honest I'm all about the food! I do have to say my boyfriend enjoyed that part of the box.

Now I know you all are probably thinking that I'm full of it, saying that everything "tasted so good". I truly am not lying though. I can totally say that I am usually a very picky eater so finding things for me isn't always the easiest. This box contained a lot of different variety, and it was things I wouldn't typically go for while grocery shopping. This box really took me out of my bubble and I loved trying new things.

Dr Dennis Gross! Review

 

Today we will be getting a closer looks at some products from the brand Dr Dennis Gross. This a brand that specializes in skin care products, which so happens to be my favorite type of "beauty" products. They also have some hair care products as well. This brand pretty much carries all types of products to make your skin and hair look and feel beautiful! I was sent two different types of products for todays review, so lets get a closer look at both of these products.

 

 

The first product I will be talking about, and getting a closer look at is called Alpha Beta® Ultra Gentle Daily Peel. Just by the name of this product I figured this would be something I would like a lot which really excited me. I really didn't know what to expect with this product either, which is also exciting. I love reviewing products that I have never heard of before, because it makes me have an extremely open mind and I usually wont know what to expect which is fun as well.

The description of this product online is:

"Dr. Dennis Gross’ newest daily peel, designed for sensitive skin, contains three gentle acids, anti-agers, and soothing botanicals to exfoliate and nourish fragile skin and combat three common signs of aging: uneven skin tone and texture, fine lines and wrinkles, and enlarged pores."

 

The thing that really caught me off guard with this product is the way that's it's packaged. I wasn't expecting it to be like this at all. When you think of a facial peel, I'm sure you all think it's going to be in bottle or something which is what I thought. I wasn't expecting this product to be in little packets. I'm still not 100% sure if I like the way they packaged this product or not. I mean both packaging's have their pro's and their con's as well. I do like how you can just take one or two with you when your traveling. It makes it a lot a easier and a lot less to worry about. This box contains 30 packets, which claims to last you a month if you plan to use it everyday.

 

Each packets has two different products in it which is cool as well. Each side contains a moistened pad with the product on it. For step one this is the step that will moisture and also exfoliate the skin as well. The directions state for you to apply this to an already cleaned face, so I would suggest washing your face before this step. Next you will take the pad and rub this all over your face until all of the product on the pad is gone. Then you will head on to the next step which is the firming and lifting step. It says on the box to wait at least two minutes between using each product so make sure you do that as well. After two minutes have passed you will then do the same thing as before. Just apply the product all over your face and make sure you apply it all, until the pad is completely dry.

 

My experience with this product is fairly good. I think I liked the exfoliating step the most because I loved the feeling of it, and I also liked how soft it made my skin. With step two I definitely could feel like skin getting a little tighter which was a cool but also a really weird feeling too lol. I think both of the products did a really good job, and they really do exactly what they claim to me which was something I was a little nervous about. I think that both of these products worked amazing together as well. This is a product I will continue to use. I only tried this product once for the review, but I feel like once I use this a few more times this is going to be a product I cant live without.

 

 

The next and the final product I will be reviewing for all of you is called Hyaluronic Moisture Cushion. Pretty much this product is just a facial moisturizer which is one of my favorite types of skin care products. I have tried so many moisturizers it should be illegal lol. I love trying these out though because sometimes I find products I truly love!

The description for this product is:

As you can see from the image below this just looks like your normal moisturizer. I do have to say I like how the product it self has a hint of blue to it lol. I also like how this product has really no fragrance to it as well. The whole fragrance can really make or break a product for me. I have fallen in love with so many products but the scent will just kill me and I can no longer use them. So the fact that this one really has no scent makes it much better for me lol. I applied this to my skin after showering, like how I usually use my moisturizers. I must say I like how this product applied to my skin and how quickly it absorbed in as well. I thought this product made my skin extremely soft and mositurzied which is great sense I have super dry skin. I would have to say this product worked wonders on skin. I thought this was probably one of the best ones I have tried yet.

 

Another awesome thing about both of these products is that you can use these products together. You can use the Peel first and then follow up with using the moisturizer. I have to say both of these products were pretty nice and after using both of them I have to admit my skin felt pretty good. I think both of the products are a little on the more expensive side, but they are really worth the price. You pay for what you get, and that is so true.

Spartan Carton Subscription Review!

I have another exciting subscription service review for all of you today. The box I will be taking a closer look at today is called Spartan Carton. This a box dedicated to those people who love eating healthy and for those who work out. This website offers two different boxes to choose from. The citizen box is $25 a month and in this box you will receive 10-15 consumable food items, 3 work out, and 3 food recipes. The other box is called the warrior box and this one is $75 a month, this box will come with everything you would receive in the citizen box and in addition you will also get some work out gear, which could include gloves, resistant bands or other products. I am so incredibly grateful that I was sent the Warrior box to review for all of you today so lets get  closer look at what's hiding inside my box!

 

Right away you can tell how big this box and how full it is with products. I can say hands down this ir probably the heaviest monthly box I have ever received before, which has me super excited to look inside. As you can see right on top of this box is the cards that come in the box. These are cards that will tell you the contents of the box, and give you some cool workouts to try along with some recipes as well. I love how they include these additional pieces as well.

 

Up first we have a Cyclone Cup. I have heard awesome things about these and I have actually been looking to get a new shaker cup, so this arrived in the most perfect time lol.  As you can tell from the picture I received this cup in the color black, which is probably the color I would want unless it came in pink lol.

 

This cup comes apart in 3 pieces. You have the top which has a secure lock once you attach this to the actual cup itself. This insure that it wont spill which is really important to me. Then the next part is the cup itself which is 20 oz. This is the perfect size. Then the last part is dy compartment which is where you can keep your protein powder or anything else you want to mix in this cup. This is perfect for people like me who are always on the go. This feels like a really nice cup and I am super pumped to start using this asap!

 

Up next is Spider Chalk. I am not even going to lie when I first seen this I had no idea what it was so I had to look it up online. Pretty much this acts like a baby powder would for your hands. You squirt a small amount into your hand and it dries like a powder and gives you some grip so you don't have your hands slipping around when your working out. I will definitely be trying this out. I love how different this product is, I have never seen anything like this before.

Wow look at all this stuff in this box! I am super impressed! I never would have guessed this many things would be in one box!

 

Next up we have a food product from Lenny and Larry's this called the complete cookie! I have heard amazing things about these and I am super excited to try this out and see how it is. This cookie contains 16g of protein which is crazy! I received this cookie in just the classic chocolate chip!

 

Next up we have Melatonin, which is something that I swear by! I always have issues falling asleep at night and this is always the key for me! In this bottle there are 100 capsules which is a whole month supply. I will definitely be using this because this something I use quite regularly anyways lol.

Next up w have another supplement and this one is for Join Health. This is called Joint Formula 14. This helps to promote health and mobility. This bottle also contains 90 capsules which is a lot. This is perfect if your sore after working out, you can take one of these and I'm sure it will help you a lot. I'm quite excited to try this out the next time I am feeling a little achy.

 

Next up we have a pre work out. This product is called Sma5h. I'm pretty sure I have heard of this before and I have heard it's awesome. The flavor this one is in, is Watermelon which is one of my favorite flavors of all time, so I am super excited to try this out and see how it is!

 

 

Next is the product that really makes this box the "Warrior" box. These are anti slip grips, which is super great! I have actually been meaning to pick something like up, because my hands have been getting torn up!

 

This is what they look like out of the box, as you can see these are pretty nice. The silicone is super thick so I know these are going to last me for quite some time which is super important with my gym gear lol.

 

 

Your probably thinking "What the heck are these even for?" Allow me to explain each grip has a slit down the side so you can place these on any bar or heavy weights you plan on lifting this will help you not get your hands all torn up especially if you don't wear gloves, which I never do because I cant stand to wear them lol.

Next we have Eboost which is an energy powder. This is a safe way to get an energy boost. This packet contains energy and vitamins. It also contains natural caffeine. All those energy drinks that are out are super scary, and I am also looking to get some extra energy so I think this is going to be perfect for those times!

 

Next is another food item yay! Lol. This is by the brands That's it, which I have indeed tried before, and I really liked it as well. This is a bar that contains 1 whole apple and 10 cherries! How cool is that. I will be trying this for sure! If its anything like the last one I tried I'm sure this will be amazing.

 

The next thing is by Honey Stinger and this is a vanilla waffle. I have seen these in the stores before and I have been curious to what these are, and now I am super pumped that I can try these out for my own. I love how this one is Vanilla, because that's one of my favorite flavors.

 

Next we have another protein product. This is a liquid protein which I have never tried before. This is by the brand New Whey. You are suppose to drink this on its own. I have never tried anything like this so I am curious to try this out. This tube contains 42 grams of protein which is awesome! This is also in the flavor Blue Raspberry which is right up my ally. I love anything berry flavored so I am sure this will be great.

 

Another product to help with your hands is this hand repair cream. This is by the brand Tufmed. I can tell this stuff is pretty heavy duty. I currently am not in the need for a product like this but I'm sure it will help me when I need it!

 

 

Yay another food product lol. This is called No gii. I have never heard of this before. and this is in the flavor cookies and crème. It looks like this is some type of cookie, and this little thing contains 9 grams of protein holy cow! I will be trying this out for sure.

 

Something I have never seen before is up next. This is a protein candy chew. I never even knew that something like this existed before lol. This is by the brand FunnBar, which is by a company I don't think I have ever tried. There are 10 chews in this package and each one only contains 1g of sugar and also contains 1.5 g of protein in each chew! This is going to be perfect for me when I get my sweet tooth and I'm craving something sweet, and then afterwards I wont feel guilty because these aren't high in sugar at all! It looks like the one that I got is in the flavor pineapple which is my favorite flavor so I am sure I am going to love this!

A protein powder is up next and this is by the brand Eat the Bear. I use protein powder on the daily basis and I love trying out new brands so I will definitely be using this. This is in the flavor Chocolate which isn't my favorite but I will for sure be trying it because you really never know.

 

The last product is Another pre workout! Yay! I love pre workouts and they really help with getting in the zone right before you are going to workout. This is by the brand c4 which I have tried before I am a huge fan of this brand, so this will be put to good use. This is in the flavor Icy Blue Raz, which I don't think I have tried before but It sounds pretty amazing to me!

 

So that's it for my box! I am so amazed with the how much stuff I got. I have never opened an subscription box with this many items before. I have to say this is probably my favorite box I have tried out. I am really impressed with the products that were included as well. Everything in this box is something that I would buy for myself, and I plan on using all of it. It's rare to get a box and be happy with everything that you get, but I can honestly say I love everything that I got and I am so happy that I had the opportunity to review this box!

Uqora! Review

 

I will reviewing a product by the company Uqora. This is something a little different from what I usually have on my blog and I am so excited to share this great product with you. Allow me to explain this product to you. Uqora is a company that strives to promote healthy urinary health, so they came up with this product. This a drink mix that you use in your water and it's suppose to help prevent you from getting UTI's. I have never had any problems in the past, but I have heard from different people that it isn't a pleasant experience and it can be serious. I know people that suffer from UTI's quite frequently so it's nice to think that there might be a product out there that can help people who have issues with it.

 

 

Uqora is a product designed to fight off bacteria which is pretty cool. Inside one box it contains 10 packets. The cool thing about this product is that you don't need to drink it everyday to get the full effect of the product. You can drink this at times when you think are most likely to get a UTI, for example like right after you are off of your period, or after you have sex

 

The packets inside this box are in the flavor pink lemonade which isn't my favorite to be honest, but the fact that it's pink makes it a little better lol. These are really easy to use, you simply just add this to a glass of water and then you are good to go!

For the sake of this review I decided to try this product out for myself and get the full effect. Like I mentioned earlier I am not really a fan of pink lemonade but I kept an open mind when trying this out. I thought it tasted just like any other lemonade I have tried before I didn't think it tasted much different which was something I was little worried about.  I was pretty surprised to be honest with the taste, I didn't think it was awful but it really wasn't amazing either. The taste isn't the most important factor of this product either. Taste is just an extra bonus point lol.

For today's review I have something a little bit different for you all. I will be reviewing a vitamin by the name of Vitarall. Please note that these images that were taken were right after I opened the package. I did in fact take these for an entire week to see if I felt any different. At the end of the week I will admit that I did feel a little more energized through out the day. I have just recently given up coffee and this really gave me the caffeine boost I have been missing from my coffee. I don't think I noticed any difference in brain activity but that just might be with just myself. I did really enjoy this vitamin and think this will be something I will continue to take for a while. I think this is the perfect vitamin for anyone that is looking for some extra energy throughout the day. All of those energy products that are out such as energy drinks and other edible products with boost of energy in them scares me so much! This is a much safer alternative and think this is a great idea.

For today's review I have a product that is very different from my typical reviews I have here on my blog. I will be showing you a product from the company Vitamin Vape. This is a company that makes electronic vapes that contain vitamins and other products that healthy for you as well. The vapes that make contain B12 which is an important vitamin that everyone needs in their life and most people never get the proper enough.

 

 

This is a pretty cool product that claims to give you a much higher serving a B12 that is needed for you each day. I really love the whole concept of this product. All you need to do is take a few puffs of one of these vapes, and then boom you have your recommend daily serving of B12 this is super convenient for people like me who are always on the go. I would make this something more delicious and made sure it actually had some type of flavor to it. I feel like the ones I received contained no type of flavor at all. I know some people would like the fact that it has no flavor but for me I would rather have a flavor to make it a little more interesting!

I have another awesome review for you all today on something a little different, which is exciting! Today I will be reviewing a company by the name of Fashletics. This is an online store that creates some amazing jewelry pieces that are inspired by the passion for fitness. All the pieces on this website contain some type of fitness related pieces. I have never seen jewelry quite like this before. I love the message behind every piece on their site and that is SRENGTH

 

 

The amazing people at Fashletics let me choose one piece of jewelry from their online website to review and let me just tell you this was a very hard task to do, just because everything that is listed on their site is adorable! Inside my package contained two little cards the first one which is listed below contained some information on the company it self. I learned from reading this card that every piece of jewelry is hand made which is unbelievable. This makes me love this online store so much more lol. Each piece comes in it's own box. This is extremely important to me when buying jewelry online. I'm always curious to how something will be shipped and it's something that truly does say a lot about a company and how much they care about packaging their products up for their customers. The fact that their pieces come in small boxes really gave them an extra brownie point from me!

 

 

Like I said earlier in this blog post I had a really hard time picking out an item to review because I loved so many of them that were listed. This is the one I decided to go with because I felt like I would wear this one most often. This piece of jewelry is called the fearless spike which is pretty self explanatory to what this necklace looks like. As you can see from this picture it looks like a long spike. This spike measures to be 2.5 inches long. I would definitely say this would be a statement piece. I love how the chain that I received with my necklace is a really long one as well. Long necklaces are my favorite. For some reason if long necklaces aren't your thang, then have no fear! You can get whatever chain size is best for you! They have them in 16, 18, 20, 22, 24, and 30 inches so I'm sure you will be able to find the best size that is right for you and for your style!

Here is a side view of the necklace so you can see the word FEARLESS on the side. This necklace was hammered with the word fearless on it which is pretty cool. This means not all the necklaces are going to be identical which is probably my favorite part about it. It may have some flaws in it but that is just because this was hand made which is incredible.  From the side of this necklace you can see some hammer marks, which really gives this necklace some of it own character which I really enjoy. If this is your style of jewelry and your not a huge fan of the word fearless that isn't a huge worry either! They have a few more of these listed in their shop with words such as love, strength and few others, which gives you some more options to pick from. These necklaces are made from gun metal and sterling silver so you wont need to worry about these babies tarnishing which is the best part! These necklaces are made to last which is fabulous as well.

 

I love the whole idea behind the meaning these jewelry piece. Strength and fitness is such an important part of your life, and if doesn't happen to be it really should be. I think these would be great pieces to wear when you are working out to give you some extra motivation to keep you going which is so important because it's so easy to feel defeated at times. You just have to remember to keep on going!
