Haute Beads! Review

 

I received some gorgeous products from an online jewelry store called Haute Beads. I discovered this store by browsing on Instagram. Once I found this page I was amazed with how gorgeous the pieces were. I thought each product was amazing and had it's own character which was really cool. It's not everyday you come across a store like this one an I am glad that I did. I was sent an entire jewelry set to review, which includes a necklace, bracelet and earrings that all match. I was unable to find the exact link for these products, but there are several similar ones listed on the webpage, along with several others that are just as gorgeous.

 

 

The first piece that I am going to begin with is the necklace. First I will start off by stating the color scheme for these pieces is this gorgeous coral color, with small accents of light blue along with silver and big crystals. I must say I am kind obsessing over the color scheme of all these pieces. I think it really screams summer which is awesome because I know that I will be loving all these products in the summer because these are basic colors and they will go with so many looks. I have a lot of clothing items that are going to go perfect with these pieces. I love how different these prodcuts are too. You can't just find these in your everyday accessory store which is another thing I really love about these piece.

 

As you can see this necklace has a few different things going on. The majority of this necklace is filled with pearl sized coral beads. These are somewhat light weight, and I love how simple they are. The color is also really gorgeous as well. On the side of the necklace is where all the pizazz is going on. There is a small little beaded piece on the side which features smaller coral beads, and also some light blue beads too. There is also some teeny tiny gold beads which acts as spacer beads between each color. I love how she included these small beads in between each bead. It creates really good contrast between the colors which is really nice. Above that detail on the necklace there is also another gorgeous detail. This one features a gorgeous crystal like bead. I think this is my favorite part of the entire piece because it really adds a lot to it. The closure for this necklace is also on the bigger side so is a lot easier to fasten it on your own, which I really like too.

 

I think this piece s beautifully made and it really feels pretty heavy duty. I think the piece is a little on the heavy side, but it's not too heavy either. It is really comfortable when you wear it which is also another important factor in wearing jewelry.

 

Up next we have the matching bracelet. This matches perfectly with the necklace as you can see. This has the same color and blue beads, and it also has my favorite part which is the crystal bead. In this picture you are able to see all the details on this one a lot better. As you can see there is one bigger gem in the middle and has a few smaller ones that surround the bigger one. The design for this bracelet is a two layered look and then the gem detail is in the center of piece. As you can also see there is no closure on this piece either. This bracelet is a stretchy type which is one of my favorite types. I love these the best because they are so easy to wear and really easy to slip on and off.

 

The final piece I will be reviewing in this collection is the matching earrings. I am so in love with these. As you can see the main focal point for these is that same crystal bead that was on the necklace and the bracelet. These are also dangle type earrings which is probably my favorite style of earrings because they really are gorgeous and they are pretty comfortable as well. Underneath the crystal detailing there is a round sphere which is made completely of the coral and blue beads. I love how funky and different this looks. She really took her time in creating this details for these earrings. I have never seen anything like this before. I love it.

 

 

The earring backs for these earrings are the big round clear ones. These I find are the easiest to put on the earring posts. I usually have a hard time putting backs on earrings sense I have acrylic nails. The teeny tiny backs are also really hard to even keep in my hands lol. Seeing these on the back of the earring posts I was like "Halluigha". I really enjoyed these earrings, and was quite impressed with how light they felt when I was wearing them. I was expecting them to be a bit on the heavy side but I was wrong. I thought these were pretty light considering how many details are on these.

 

My final thoughts for this shop is that this is a wonderful shop! I am amazed with how different all the pieces are. All the pieces that I received were gorgeous. They are were flawless and pretty amazing. I am in love with each piece, and I plan on wearing them a lot this summer. I love how they are going to add a lot to my simple outfits. I think they are pretty high quality and feel pretty durable which is important. I think that each piece goes so perfectly together but each piece could also be worn alone which is really pretty as well.

String Beans Inc! Review

For today's review I will be showing you a few different items from an etsy shop by the name of String Beans Inc. This shop is filled with all types of wonderful items. Her shop is truly adorable and has some one of a kind pieces that blow my mind. Here you can find jewelry, sunglasses, purses, décor and so much more. She does such an amazing job at offering something for pretty much everyone. I'm almost certain you will be able to find something in this shop you just cant live without so I suggest checking it out for yourself :)

 

The very first item I will be sharing with all of you today is this bib style of necklace. I must say this isn't something I would typically wear but I love it. This would look great with so many different looks and you could really dress this up or even dress it down too. The fact that it's black too makes styling this piece a lot easier as well. This would look great with so many different colors, or even with just a black outfit too.

 

The thing that I really like about this necklace is that you tie it. You don't have to worry about fussing with a tiny clip to get this necklace on and off which can be a huge pain at times. I hate asking for help when putting on jewelry to be honest lol, so this makes it so much easier for me. I wont have to ask for help when wearing this which is a huge bonus for me!

 

This necklace is super light weight, it might not look like it is, but it truly is. I was quite surprised how light and comfy it would be. I thought this necklace was going to be kind of itchy too because I just figure on the back of the necklace it would be scratchy from the rhinestones, but the back of this necklace is completely flat. When this is laid against your chest you can hardly feel it

Next up we have two pairs of earrings to take a closer look at. She sent me two of the same pair of earrings just different colors. These are stud style earrings, which are probably my favorite because you can literally wear these with anything. These match with everything and they are so easy to wear, and they are usually super comfortable as well. I never last a day or night ir I am wearing big earrings, the only ones that I usually end up keeping in my ears are studs. In my opinion you can never have to many right lol. The studs that she sent me are in a bronze/brown color and a blue color. They both have a matte finish to them which is super popular right now. I think the colors she sent me are gorgeous. I'll probably get the most use out of the blue ones, just because I think these are going to be perfect for the spring and summer time.

The thing that really makes these stand our from your traditional stud earrings, is that these are pretty much two earrings in one! The backs of these you could easily flip around and were them reversed. I have seen some of these before and have been curious about them to be quite honest. I love the whole concept of these, just because you can get so much wear out of them and you get two different looks. They are pretty similar, but then again really different too. I am super excited about these.

 

The next item I have for you all today is this gorgeous necklace. I was unable to find the link for this one or something similar to this so please bare with me. Out of all the items she sent me I think this has to be my favorite one. This is gold necklace with silver crystal accents. I think it is truly gorgeous. I'm not typically a fan of gold, but in this case I am. The actual chain of this necklace is pretty heavy duty and seems pretty durable. This is another piece you could wear a million plus ways. These are the types of jewelry piece I am a big fan of. I like being able to wear my jewelry with all kinds of outfits, that is important to me. 

 

Here's a close up of the actual necklace so you can see the crystals on this piece. As you can see this is gorgeous. This is bib type style of necklace too which is one my new discovered favorites. I have to say I wore this out one time and was impressed with the quality of this piece. I received a million compliments as well on this. I do have to say I don't recommend wearing this when it's cold lol The metal gets freezing! This is a pretty heavy piece, but it is really comfortable as well.

I bet you will never guess what's inside this coral colored pouch..... lol

 

Sun glasses! Lol I'm sure you all guessed that from the picture above. Anyways she sent me this pair of gorgeous glasses that I am kind of obsessing over at the moment. This is totally outside my comfort zone completely. I usually wear aviators and that's all that I stick with. I am sooooo loving these however. It's not everyday you find glasses like these. They are so different and so funky which is why I really love them. The round style is such a hot trend right now.

I love the gold accents on the front of these it adds a little pizzazz to the glasses which is important of course. As you can see from the sides of these glasses they are covered in different colors.  It isn't in your face however. It isn't noticeable right at first but once you look at them you will start to notice. There are hints of pinks, blue, reds, oranges, and white. These are going to be perfect for summer time because they are going to match with some many outfits. Another thing I really like is that these glasses are super sturdy. The plastic that these are made out of is super durable and really thick. I am notorious for breaking sunglasses, but I'm sure these will stand up to my roughness with glasses which is really exciting!

 

I am in love with everything that I received from this shop! Everything has amazing quality, and everything is super trendy and stylish. Her prices are amazing as well. I would highly suggest having a look for yourself :)

Treska! Review!

I have a very exciting review for you all today. I will reviewing an online store by the name of Treska. They make some beautiful statement pieces of jewelry, as well as handbags, scarfs, and other accessories. I must also add that all of the pieces on their online store 100% hand crafted and made in the U.S. Today I will reviewing two different jewelry pieces for you all. Let's get into the review!

 

 

The first item I have to share with all of you is statement necklace. This is a very loud piece lol. I must say this isn't something I would typically wear but I am in love with this piece to say the least. I love how unique this is. I love how wearing this piece on a plain basic outfit would really spice it up and make it look totally different which is pretty awesome. As you can tell from the picture there is so much going on with this necklace. As far as the color scheme goes I really love it! I love the blend of these oranges, blues, creams, and greens. They really all go together beautifully. I love the blend of the different colors. By having so many colors in one piece this really makes it a lot easier when it comes to pairing this piece with an outfit sense it will go with so many outfits.

As far as closure goes for this necklace this has something a little different. I have never seen something quite like this before. This is called a hook clasp. It's pretty self explanatory you simple slide the open hole on the hook and boom you are secure. The extra little notch on the hook makes sure it doesn't slide off. This is a pretty simple clasp but I love it! It's super easy to use to take on and off your jewelry. I hate asking people to help put my jewelry on for me and this is super simple you can easily do this by yourself.

 

Another reason I really love this piece is because how different all the beads are. There are four different rows when it comes to this necklace. Each one is filled with all different beads of different sizes, shapes, and colors. It is so funky but they really all do go together so perfectly. The material used to make these beads are different too they range from stone, plastic and wood beads.

 

 

 

The last item I have to review is the matching earrings of this set. I am truly in love with these too! I wouldn't say these are as loud as the earrings, but I would say these are pretty cute too! I think together wearing both piece your bound to get some compliments. You could easily wear these earrings on their own too which is nice. These earrings don't have as much color as the necklace which makes these a little more plain. These however are my favorite style of earrings. These are the dangle type, which looks good on pretty much everyone.

The back of these earrings are my favorite type as well! You simply just hook these in and your good to go. You don't need actual backs but you could wear them if you wanted. I love how they did include these with the earrings just in case you wanted to wear them. For my own personal preference I don't like wearing the plastic backs, it just creates an extra un-needed step for me which I don't usually have time for, but that's just me.

 

I have to say I love these jewelry piece. These are some gorgeous pieces and the are made beautifully. I am amazed with how well they have held up with me wearing them each a few times already. They both feel really sturdy and secure which is nice. I highly recommend checking this site out for some awesome pieces to add to your jewelry collection.

AmyZolkowskiDesigns! Review

Today I have a very exciting review for you all. I will be reviewing an online Etsy shop that goes by the name of Amy Zolkowski Designs. Her online store sells al kinds of my handmade jewelry made by Amy herself. All of her pieces are one of a kind, and they all are just so gorgeous and unique.

 

 

One awesome thing about this shop is that all of her jewelry pieces are shipped in these nice boxes. Inside the boxes there is some extra cotton, which acts like a cushion or your jewelry. This is to ensure that all of your jewelry pieces arrive in perfect condition. This I can assure you happened. I love how she places each item in the boxes it adds a lot to the pieces, and it's really nice if you plan on giving any of her items as gifts, because they are already boxed up! That saves you an extra step which is something I'm sure everyone would appreciate.

 

 

The piece that Amy sent me to review is a gorgeous pair of earrings. Like I said previously all of her pieces are made one of a kind so I am unable to include the link for this actual item. I decided to include a link for a very similar item that is in her shop, just in case you are interested in buying a piece like this you know exactly where to go. As you can see the earrings that were sent to me are a pair of her wire wrapped earrings. I have gotten a few pieces of jewelry pieces with the similar style with the wire but I can honestly say these are nothing like what I have seen before. There are many things that really make these stand out for me. One being that the type of metal that she uses to create her pieces is oxidized and polished the copper, which is why it's the color that it is. I love the color of the copper and the color of the green bead on each earring. The color go great with each other and contrast really nicely together.I have never seen someone use a metal like this when making wire wrapped jewelry most of the time it ends up being just plain silver, so I really like how this is a little different.

I included a close up picture of these earrings so you can see the detail that was put into making them. As you can see above the bead, towards the top of the earring this is where all the wire wrapping is done. It looks amazing and pretty perfect if I do say so myself. These earrings really look like something you would find in the store. I would consider these earrings to be on the plain side, there isn't a lot going on with them which I really like as well. These earrings are pretty much easy to wear with any outfit. You can easily dress these earrings up, or you could dress them down as well. All of her jewelry pieces are topped with a protective coating which helps the jewelry from tarnishing which is amazing! That is something that I am constantly worrying about with my jewelry so it's nice to know that I will not have to worry when it comes to these earrings. I have to say after I received this package from Amy for the review I put these on instantly. These are my favorite style of earrings, the sort of dangle style. I think look the best on me. I thought these earrings were extremely comfortable and very light weight. I honestly forgot I was wearing them for a while at first, and they didn't irate my ears which was a huge plus as well.

Tombox Subscription Box Review!

 

 

Today I have another subscription box for you to review. This one is another one I have never heard of before I did this review. I love the whole concept behind this subscription box. This is a box that is delivered once and month, and it is packed with pretty much anything you could need during your time of the month, such as tampons, pads, jewelry, makeup, and of course chocolate! lol I love the whole idea behind this box. The box I received just didn't contain any pads or tampons. The price of these boxes start at $10 which is super reasonable. So lets get into this review and see what was sent to me!

 

The first makeup product that was sent to me was this mascara which is by the brand of Measurable Difference. This is a brand I never heard of before, but I'm always up for trying out new makeup, especially new makeup brands because you never know! In my opinion you cant really ever go wrong with a mascara so this will definitely be used at some point lol. 

 

Inside the small velvet pouch was my first jewelry item. First let me just say I love how this came in a little pouch, this make it easy to carry and not loose them, especially if your anything like me and just happen to lucky enough to always loose one earring lol. When I first got a glance at this earrings I thought they were just normal everyday studs, which I was excited about because you literally can never have enough of them lol.

 

I was wrong however, these are dangle type earrings. I do have to say I don't have a pair of earrings like these and I really like them. I think they are super pretty and could be worn with practically any outfit. I do have to say I wore these after reviewing this box and I loved them. They are super light weight and I really just like how they looked on me. I think these are simple, but yet really elegant as well.

 

The next item is another jewelry item and this one is actually a bracelet. instantly I was in love with this as soon as I seen it. The color scheme was definitely something that I could wear with a lot of my wardrobe. I love how all these bracelets have different beads and are very unique. I do have to say, doesn't this just like a stack of bangles? 

 

WRONG! this is just one bracelet! How cool is that!? I have seen this before and once again I don't have anything like this either. I think this is perfect because its so easy to take on and off, and usually this is the kind of jewelry I wear, a lot of different bangles, and this just makes it 100 times easier. Anything that helps me save some time in the morning is something that I am a big fan of  lol.

 

You cant be on your lady time and not have chocolate! Lol I do have to say I am not a fan of chocolate at all, and the only time that I can tolerate it, is when I am on my time of the month. I do have to say these are one of the very few chocolate candies that I will even eat.  These are just dark chocolate snow caps, and I am super excited to eat these lol.

 

The suspense is killing me of what is inside this adorable small box that says Beautiful on it, so lets take a peek inside and see what is hiding!

 

 

Oh wow look at all these products that were inside! I am super shocked to be honest with you that all of these could fit into this box! Lets get a closer look at each one!

 

The first product is a clear coat nail polish which is by the brand Color Club. I have to say this is probably one of my all time favorite nail polish brands. I don't actually think I have  clear coat by them yet which is really surprisingly actually lol. I do have to say I will get a lot of use out of this because clear is pretty much the only color I ever use, just because I go to the nail salon so much, but in between trips I apply clear nail polish and it makes them much more shiny and makes them look a little better. I am super excited about this product.

 

An exfoliating facial cleanser is up next. This is by the brand Vasanti which is brand I don't think I have ever heard of. Im always looking for new facial scrubs so I'm sure I will really like this one. This is enriched with papaya, so I had to take a little sniff. I do have to say this product smells really good, which is rare to me lol. Usually when I find a good facial scrub this scent is usually awful lol, so I'm super happy about this!

 

 

The next product is a shadow and liner stick which in the color silver. I haven't really decided if I will be keeping this or not which is why I didn't take the packaging off. Silver isn't typically a color I would go for, but that's okay! I always swap makeup with my friends, and I'm sure I could find someone who would use this more then I would. This is by the brand Palladio which is actually a brand that I own a lot of products from. I know for a fact this is an awesome product.

 

 

The next two products are lip products which are my favorite lol. This is just a lip crayon by the brand Lord & Berry which is brand I never have heard of before. I love the color of this product is a beautiful mauve pink. This is the type of color I usually go for so I know for a fact I will get a lot of use out if which is super exciting!

 

Alright the time has come and we are at the last product that was in my TomBox! This is a lip-gloss which is by the brand of IrisColors. This is another brand I have never heard of before. I do have to say I am  huge fan of lip-glosses and you cant really ever go wrong with them lol. In the tube this looks like a red color, but once you apply it its much more clear then it is red. This lip-gloss is super wearable. I was a little ehhh when I seen it was red, but I am so glad I tried it out and seen that it was actually clear!

 

 

I am in love with the subscription box. I think this is a very genius idea. I am beyond impressed with the amount of products that I got, and I love the variety of them all as well. I think you get such an amazing value for the little amount of money that you would be spending of this box. I definitely think you should check them out for yourself and get your very own subscription!

Ferosh Kitty Designs! Review!

Today I have a review a few different jewelry items from a shop on Zibbet by the name of Ferosh Kitty Designs.

 

 

The first I have to review is a pair of earrings. These are Hamsa earrings, if you have no idea what I'm talking about Hamsa is the word used for the evil eye that is placed in the center of a hand. This symbol has a meaning of protection, like someone is watching over you. I love the meaning of this symbol, its such a positive meaning and I really like that. I have been seeing this symbol everywhere lately so I know a lot of people are a fan of this symbol as well. I love these earrings, they are my favorite style which is the dangle earrings. They start off with a small silver hand, and then attached to that is a  Hamsa . I love the pop of color the eye brings to these earrings. These are really well made and seem like they are super sturdy. I am really excited to wear these soon!

 

 

Next I have a beaded bracelet. Immediately when I seen this in the package I was instantly in love with the color scheme for this one. The colors for this bracelet are pink and purples, which so happen to be my favorite colors. I love the small beads on this piece, I like the dainty-ness of this piece. It's very simple and very pretty all at the same time. This bracelet is super light weight, which I am a huge fan of. I get annoyed with wearing jewelry at times and I know this will be perfect for me sense I wont be able to feel it when I'm wearing it! I do however have to say that this one feels the most fragile out of all the pieces that she sent me to review. That doesn't mean it's going to break or anything that just means that this one I'm going to need to really take care of, which is fine because I usually do anyways :)

 

Up next we have another paid or earrings. These ones are a dangle style as well. I like these ones, they are really pretty. These earrings have small infinity signs that are covered in rhinestones. At the bottom of each infinity sign there is  a gorgeous royal blue bead that dangles from the bottom of them. I love the pop of color that this small bead adds to the jewelry. I think that was the perfect color choice in making these earrings. These are super stylish and would go with practically any outfit which is nice. These are pretty light weight as well, which is perfect for people who have sensitive ears quite like myself lol.

 

 

We have another bracelet up next. The color scheme for this one is dark purples and blues. I am a fan of the color scheme for this one as well. I think that the colors go really well together. I love how she some smaller pieces of silver on this one as well. She even included a small pop of color at the bottom by adding two red beads. I love how she added these, it really does add a lot to the bracelet. These beads are pretty light weight too, but they aren't as light as the other bracelet I reviewed previously. This one does have a little weight to it, but not too much. I love the closure of this bracelet as well. I am unsure of the name of it but by the picture I'm sure you can see, but it has a circle on one side, and a small bar on the other and you just place the bar inside the circle. These make putting on jewelry a breeze! I get tired of asking people to help me put on jewelry lol, but this one is super easy to use by yourself.

 

The last jewelry item I have to review for all of you is a chandelier style pair of earrings. I love how these are super light weight as well. I am fan of this type of style earrings too! I love the color choice too, the red/pink is super pretty and will go with a lot of my outfits that I already own.

 

The last thing that was in this package was a Cover girl eyelash curler. I thought this was super sweet for her to include in this package for me. I will be putting this in one of my giveaways that will be coming up soon! So stay tuned for that :)

 

I am super impressed with the quality of all of these pieces that were sent to me to review. I love them all and I will be sure to get a lot of use out of these.
