A Spoonful Of Awesome! Review!

Today I have a review for all of you from a shop on Etsy by the name of A Spoonful Of Awesome.

 

The item that was sent to my to review is this adorable canvas with the quote  "Today is a good day to have a good day". The canvas that she sent me is a smaller one which is an 8x10. These can come in a variety of sizes and colors. I love how these are super customizable. This is great because this can be made to match any room décor you already have. This canvas has a grey and yellow color scheme which I really like. To be honest with you grey and yellow I'm not typically a huge fan of. But for some reason on this canvas I really do like it. I think the colors go pretty well together. I love how bright the yellow is, it really contrasts nicely with the grey. This canvas was painted with grey paint over the entire piece. The yellow quote is actually a decal. The decal is vinyl and in my opinion this is placed perfectly on this little canvas. At first glance I didn't even know it was a decal. I just thought that this was all painted on.

This canvas was done beautifully. There are no flaws whatsoever. I am impressed with the quality of this piece. I am surprised with how well the decals are attached. I have gotten a few products with vinyl stickers attached on them, but sometimes they seem not to last that long. I can easily tell that isn't the case with this product. I am super excited to add this to my home and really glad that I have this as my own :)

LilBitOLove On Zibbet! Holiday Gift Guide Review!

I received this amazing vinyl decal from a shop on Zibbet by the name of LilBitOLove

She let me pick out one of her vinyl decals from her shop for a review so I went with this gorgeous turtle one. The things that was super cool about this shop was that I was able to customize this decal with the two colors that I wanted. I went with white for the turtle legs, and head and then for the inside, the part with the flower I went with a light pink color. I am absolutely in love with the decal. It matches my car perfectly, and I am constantly getting compliments on it

As far as the application process, I left that up for to my boyfriend lol. He has done all my other ones before as well, and he told me that this was the easiest one to apply by far. He told me that the pack peeled off very nice and smoothly with ease. Once he applied it there were no air bubbles or anything which was really awesome

I am so beyond happy with this decal and the quality, by far one the best decals I have ever gotten. I am over joyed that I had the chance to work with this shop, and meet such a friendly shop owner. I really hope to work with them again in the future :)

These would great gifts for pretty much anyone, this shop has a big vareity of decals, that are at a great price I must add :)

Name of shop: Imagination Plus

How'd you come up with the name of your shop: When I was explaining to

people what I could make I kept saying "It's all about whatever you

can IMAGINE PLUS my craftyness" so it kind of gre into Imagination

Plus

How long has your shop been open: it's been open for a bit over a year

but I have only truly devoted time to it for the past 4 months

What gave you the idea about opening an etsy shop: My friends were

constantly asking me to make them things and then it spread into "hey

open an Etsy Shop" so I did!

Is this a hobby of your or do you do this full time?: it is a hobby

for now but I would love to do it full time so I can spend more time

with my son!

What kind of items do you sell in your shop: Vehicle decals and cute

custom shirts, bibs, and onesies.

Your favorite item that you sell: I have a few items that are not yet

up in my Etsy store but I love making the periodic table shirts that

says "CuTe BaBY" or "NErDy" because it combines my career (I'm an

analytical chemist by day) as well as my hobby

Something you want to happen to your shop in the future: I'd like to

expand it to an actual store front and run it on my own terms

Do you have any plans for your shop products in the future: YES!

If so what: I am going to be adding? more periodic element designs,

cute bib designs, and other cute/funny/possibly inappropriate, yet

humorous, shirts

What is something you want your future customers to know about your

shop: I love working with people to create things they are going to

love so if you have an idea lets work together to make it a work of

art!

My favorite item that is sold at this shop is a Disney item, but of course lol. I think this shirt is super adorable and I absolutely love it, too bad I'm not a kid or I would own this shirt and that's for sure lol
