MathesonGraphics On Etsy! Holiday Gift Guide Review!

I received 2 awesome shirts from a shop on etsy by the name of MathesonGraphics,

This shop owner sent me 2 of the same shirts but in different colors. I waited to write this review because I wanted to wear these shirts before I made the review about them. Both of these shirts say "I can't keep calm I'm going to Disneyland". These are so perfect I cant begin to even tell you lol. I go to Disney a lot and every time I find out that I am going I get way to excited, so these will be perfect for these times.

I'm always hesitant when purchasing a screen tee from online, or in the mall, just because I have had really bad experiences in the past, and I'm sure a lot of people have as well. A lot of the times when I have purchased something it either starts peeling off right away, or once I wash it one or two times it will start to peel. These shirts were so different. I have never had a shirt with this type of quality before. I actually in fact washed both of these shirts before wearing them and they were fine after, and this past weekend I washed the white one again after I wore it and it still looks the same. If you are in the market for a nice graphic tee. This shop has a huge variety and I'm sure you will find the perfect item for yourself in this shop :)

I ended up wearing the white one to Disney, this past weekend. I was surprised with how many compliments I received on this shirt while I was in the park. I chose the white one because I  thought it would be a lot cooler. It was a super hot day, but this shirt was pretty comfortable to wear. I probably wouldn't wear this shirt on a hot day again like I did, because these shirts are pretty thick. I'm use to wearing tanks when I go to the parks, so I was really switching it up this time. Once it gets cooler this shirt will be perfect and it will be perfect to layer, put a long sleeve shirt underneath.

Everything on this shop would be the perfect gift for literally everyone! Friends, family, co-workers, you name it! There is such a huge selection I'm sure you will find the perfect gift that you are looking for in this shop!

Name of shop: Brand By You

How'd you come up with the name of your shop: It's a play on of all the designer labels out there (ex. Marc by Marc Jacobs, Michael by Michael Kors). We want to let our customers know that our brand is by and for them!

How long has your shop been open: A little over a year. We had our one year anniversary on August 22nd, 2015.

What gave you the idea about opening an etsy shop: Reagan and I had a lot of ideas floating in our head of shirts we would want for ourselves. Also we came up with ideas that we thought Disney should be making for themselves but they weren't. A combination of those two things made us pursue this venture!

Is this a hobby of your or do you do this full time?: As of right now it's just a "hobby", but it definitely is a job in itself. Both of us have jobs outside Brand By You as well as being in school. Until such time as demand becomes too much to bear, it will be part-time for us.

What kind of items do you sell in your shop: We sell graphic shirts! Our specialty is Disney-inspired shirts. We like to keep our items original, clever, and funny - it'll be that type of shirt that stops and turns heads while you're at the park because of the fact that you can't get these designs anywhere else!

Your favorite item that you sell: I love every one of our items! It's hard to choose just one! I tend to have a special place in my heart for any design that I think is really clever but doesn't sell too much.

What is something you want to happen your shop in the future: I would love to have this be a full-time job for us. We also have the ability to take on large group orders so both of us would love to make shirts for more corporate clients.

Do you have any plans for your shop products in the future: Of course we do!

If so what: We are constantly coming up with new ideas and new designs so we are adding new items all the time. We also are hoping to do some more collaborations with some of our fellow Etsy shops to bring both of our customer base's packages of goodies as opposed to just our own separate singular items.

What is something you want your future customers to know about your shop: There are A LOT of graphic shirt shops on Etsy. We want our customers, or potential customers, to know that we DO NOT use iron-ons! We use a process called digital printing which is the highest quality of print for shirts. Since they aren't iron-ons, the design will never peel or tear because it isn't paper. The color of the design is embedded into the fibers of the shirts for a vibrant, high quality, and long lasting hold. Also that being said, such a high quality print must be super expensive, right?? WRONG! Our prices are very fair and most times we beat the Etsy shops that do use iron-ons on our prices. We want to hold true to our values that people deserve a fair price for a quality product.

My favorite item in this shop, is something Disney of course. I found this adorable top, that is inspired by The Little Mermaid, which is one of my all time favorites, hands down. I have found lots of little mermaid merchandise, but this shirt is probably one of my favorites I have found by far. I love this quote and I love how they placed this on a purple shirts, it goes really well.

 How'd you come up with the name of your shop:We love Teeshirts and we are from Yorkshire so we combined the two

 Is this a hobby of your or do you do this full time?:Its just spare time at the moment but who knows what the future holds

My favorite item in this shop has got to be this adorable Minion shirt, this shirt is just way too cute! It has 4 minions on it and their each dressed up like a super hero. It has Superman,Batman, Flash and Captain America. I love this shirt and I have never seen this design anywhere before. I really like it!!

How'd you come up with the name of your shop: When I was explaining to

people what I could make I kept saying "It's all about whatever you

can IMAGINE PLUS my craftyness" so it kind of gre into Imagination

Plus

How long has your shop been open: it's been open for a bit over a year

but I have only truly devoted time to it for the past 4 months

What gave you the idea about opening an etsy shop: My friends were

constantly asking me to make them things and then it spread into "hey

open an Etsy Shop" so I did!

Is this a hobby of your or do you do this full time?: it is a hobby

for now but I would love to do it full time so I can spend more time

with my son!

What kind of items do you sell in your shop: Vehicle decals and cute

custom shirts, bibs, and onesies.

Your favorite item that you sell: I have a few items that are not yet

up in my Etsy store but I love making the periodic table shirts that

says "CuTe BaBY" or "NErDy" because it combines my career (I'm an

analytical chemist by day) as well as my hobby

Something you want to happen to your shop in the future: I'd like to

expand it to an actual store front and run it on my own terms

Do you have any plans for your shop products in the future: YES!

If so what: I am going to be adding? more periodic element designs,

cute bib designs, and other cute/funny/possibly inappropriate, yet

humorous, shirts

What is something you want your future customers to know about your

shop: I love working with people to create things they are going to

love so if you have an idea lets work together to make it a work of

art!

My favorite item that is sold at this shop is a Disney item, but of course lol. I think this shirt is super adorable and I absolutely love it, too bad I'm not a kid or I would own this shirt and that's for sure lol

MouseTime on Etsy!

I received some products from a store by the name of  MouseTime

I received 2 sheets of shirt decals and one sheet of magnets 

 

The first shirt decal I got is one of a Mickey and Minnie inside of a car. It's literally absolutely adorable and I love it! I've looked all over etsy for shirt decals and this one definitely stood out to me. I'm super excited to wear this and it will be perfect for my Disney Adventures!

The magnets I received are adorable. She included a Mickey Mouse face with my boyfriends name printed on them and a Minnie Mouse face printed with my face! And she also included a few blank ones which is pretty awesome. I'm super excited to add these to my fridge.

Pros: these products are super customizable and the quality is pretty good considering the prices at this shop are really affordable. This shop can make pretty much any Disney decal you want Which is super hard to find especially if your favorite character is one that isn't in the spotlight. 

Cons: these decals and magnets are not 

Already cut out, which means you will have to cut them out yourself so be super careful so you don't ruin them. 

 

However her store is absolutely amazing perfect for anyone who's Disney obsessed quite like myself lol make sure you check her shop out at.....
