How'd you come up with the name of your shop: We were looking for a name with a connection to sewing and originally came up with Bobbins but there are quite a few shops called Bobbins so we added the JH later.
How long has your shop been open: 5 months
What gave you the idea about opening an folksy shop: A cousin of ours has a Folksy shop and an Etsy shop which sounded quite easy to do. As we wanted a forum to showcase our work we decided to open a Folksy shop.
Is this a hobby of your or do you do this full time?: This started out as a hobby, that we really enjoy. However, after positive comments and commissions from other sources we are working to take it to the next level.
What kind of items do you sell in your shop: We sell a varied range of items such as stuffed animals, bags, tea cosies, cushions, home decor and vintage themed items. ie bunting
Your favorite item that you sell: Hilary's favourite items are the shoulder bags and Jill's favourite items are the chickens and upcycled bags made from denim jeans & other clothing.

Something you want to happen to your shop in the future: To be known for the quality and uniqueness of each item as we try not to use the same combination of fabrics twice.
Do you have any plans for your shop products in the future: yes
If so what: Going to craft fairs and small outlets to expand our customer base.
What is something you want your future customers to know about your shop: That we personally make each item ourselves with care and attention to detail to ensure that each item will be enjoyed by the buyer or receiver of the item.
My favorite item for sale in this shop is this adorable sock monkey. I used to have a lot of there when I was younger, my grandma used to make these, But I don't have them anymore, so as soon as I seen this listed in the shop instantly fell in love with it. I especially love how this one is made out of leopard/ cheetah prints. It's so cute!
