The Cozy Mug Subscription Box! Review

I will be reviewing another subscription box for all of you today. This one is called the Cozy Mug. For $24.95 you can get tea and other fun goodies in the same category delivered to your door. I have never heard of this subscription before, so I am super excited to get into my box and see what I got this month!

 

So as you can see this doesn't come in an actual "Cozy Mug Box" this comes just comes in a regular box that it is shipped in. This is a first for all the subscription boxes I have tried. I must have to say that I like this so much better lol. Most people are probably thinking why you crazy nut? I accumulate so many boxes through out the month I honestly don't need anymore so this helps with reducing that for down for me lol. I like how everything is wrapped up in tissue paper, it makes it looks really pretty! I'm really excited to see what's inside my box. Let's get into this unboxing review!

 

After unfolding the first layer of tissue paper this is what I see! Right on top there is card that says Cozy Mug and I am guessing that this is the card that tells me what's inside this box. Underneath the card I can see some tea bags, and some other hidden surprises! I like how some things in this box are wrapped up individually because it makes it more like a mystery through out the unboxing process which is fun! 

 

Yep I was right! On the back of that Cozy Mug card there is  list of all the items that are in this box. I usually save this till the end just to go back and reference all the products that I got in the box so lets just hold off from looking at this till later on.

 

 

The very first item that is this box is chocolate this is by the brand name Moser Roth. I'm pretty sure I have heard of this brand but I am not 100% sure. It says that this is 85% Dark Chocolate which scares me to be honest lol. 1. I don't really like chocolate and 2. I HATE dark chocolate lol. But for the sake of this review I am going to try this chocolate out for all of you who are curious. I must say this isn't like any chocolate I have had before. I think this is kind of bitter, it isn't terrible just a little different. It definitely wasn't something that I was expecting and that's for sure. I can see this being good chocolate to bake with sense it isn't so sweet. No worries about this going to waste. I'm saving this for my Mom who is a huge fan of Dark chocolate I'm sure she will love this because she isn't really a fan of super sweet candies/chocolates.

 

The next two items that I see in this box are Tea. This by the brand name Harney & Son, I'm not sure if I heard of this brand or not. I don't think I have but I may be wrong. They included two different flavors in this months box. The first one is Pomegranate Oolong which is floral tea with a bit of tang. I must say this isn't the type of tea I usually go for, but I will definitely be trying this out soon to see if I like it and who knows I might just surprise myself and like this one. The next type of tea that was included by the brand Harney & Son is called Paris. This one is fruity black tea with vanilla and caramel flavors with hints of vanilla. I am super curious to try this one the most. This has all my favorite flavors, but I'm not sure how all of these flavors will go together. I have a feeling I will really like this one.

 

 

 

The next 4 items in this box are some more tea! This time these are by the brand Aloha, which is a brand I know for a fact that I have tried before, I have tried some of their bars before and they were amazing so I am super excited to see this brand in this box and try some more of their products out. All of these teas are organic as well which is really nice. I will now give you a description of each of these teas.

 

Protect- This is a cleansing tea for your immune system. This would be the perfect tea to drink if you are feeling a little under the weather. I'm sure this would be perfect for that. This tea contains Echinacea, elderberry, and elderflower.

 

Clean- This is a refreshing tea. This would be perfect for the morning to get you going for the day and make you feel refreshed before you start your day. This tea contains dandelion, raspberry and ginger.

 

Smart- This is a tea that helps you focus. I'm sure this would be perfect to drink right before you need to do something that might take some time. I know this would be perfect for me during a lot of occasions lol. This is a green tea with Ginkgo

 

Beauty- This tea is good for your skin. I think this tea you could drink all the time and maybe make this into your daily routine. This tea contains juniper berry, green rooibos, hibiscus and dandelion. 

 

I must say I am super impressed with variety of these teas and I love how they have different flavors and different uses too. I am really excited to try these out. I think I'm most excited to try the Clean tea it sounds delicious!

 

 

 

The next item that was included in this box is a bottle of Wet N Wild nail polish. This is a bit random for this box and I really wasn't expecting this at all lol. I love how this was included though. This is probably one of my favorite brands of nail polishes ever. These work amazing and there really inexpensive as well. I love the color that was include too! Purple is one of my favorite nail colors for myself so this was definitely a hit for me!

 

 

The very last item that is in this months box is a stationary item. This a little card with a matching envelope. This has a Paris theme to it and it is adorable. I think my favorite part of this set is the macaroons on the envelope and on the card I love it! I love how this was included as well

 

 

Here is a little re-cap of everything that was included in this box 6 different tea, 1 chocolate bar, 1 nail polish, and a card with matching envelope. I think this is amazing deal. You get a lot of amazing products at such a low price. I can honestly say that I will be using every single one of these products in the next few days. I was not expecting to get so many products in such a small package. I also wasn't expecting to get items that weren't tea either. So this is super exciting and fun!

Loose Tea Addict! Subscription Box Review! & Coupon Code!

Today I have another review for all of you on subscription service. This is another newer one that I have never heard of before doing this review. As you can probably guess from the title this is subscription that sends tea right to your front door! Let's get on with the review and see what s hiding inside this box!

 

The first thing that is on top is all the papers that come in pretty much every subscription box. Usually when I open my boxes I save these till the end because I like to be surprised when opening the box. I may occasionally look over to learn about the product when going through the box but that's usually it.

 

The first actual product that is in this box is a small metal strainer for tea. I do have to say I was really surprised when I seen this inside. I just thought this box was going to contain tea. So now I am super excited to see what else will be in this box.

 

As you can see this is an adorable little strainer. I have a big one so this one is perfect for me sense I am the only one who drinks tea in my house and I never usually drink more then just a cup at a time. I think this is going to be perfect for me. For those of you who are super confused to what this product even is, ill explain it to you. You simply fill the inside of the metal strainer with the tea and then you let this sit into the hot water, and this is how your delicious tea is made. It's kind of cool especially if you have never tried it before. I will for sure get my use out of this product and I cant wait to try it out.

The next two products is the thing I was most excited for. The Tea! The box that I got contains two different teas for you to try out and I do have to say I was really impressed with how large of a quantity these are. I was expecting to get some small samples of tea but I was very wrong in this case. I have to be honest I haven't tried too many teas before so I am not that experienced with all the different types or flavors of tea. I love trying new things so this is super exciting for me.

 

Earl Grey and Darjeeling are the two types of tea that were included in this box. Both of these blends are black tea as well.

One of my favorite look goodies that was included in this box is an Almond Chocolate biscotti which these are amazing. I have only tried them with coffee so now I am super excited to try this with my new tea. I think this is going to be amazing.

 

The time has come but sadly we are at the last item for this box. The very last thing I have to share with all of you is this adorable golden teaspoon. I think out of everything this is my favorite lol. I just think this is so adorable and I love how  this was included in my box. I can honestly say I wasn't excepting this to be inside at all. I think this is going to be perfect for stirring my tea, as well as using it to scoop the tea out of the bags itself.

GradBin! Subscription Box Review!

 

 

Today I have a review for all of you, for a subscription box that is pretty new to me. It's called the GradBin. This is a subscription box for students who live on campus, this is suppose to be something you can order every month and it comes with stuff you might need for your dorm. I have never heard of this company before, but I thought this was a pretty genius idea for all you students out there. I'm excited to see what's inside mine!

 

 

I do have to apologize by having a delay on my review for this one. I did this much earlier, but I lost all my data so I had to start again, but have no fear I am here today to give this amazing review! I'm sure if you happen to love this box then I'm sure you will like any of the ones that came after this one.

 

This first item in this box is some tea. This is a pretty good assortment as well. I have just started getting into the whole tea craze, so I'm excited to add these to my collection to try some new ones out! They sent four different kinds, Blueberry white, Chamomile, Masala Chai, and English Breakfast. All of these flavors are very different in style, and in taste too. I think the one I'm the most excited for is the Blueberry White. That one sounds amazing and I might just make this after I'm done with this review lol.

 

 

Next up we have a product I have never even hear of before. It's called chocoxo. What this product is, is ground up pieces of chocolate. I haven't opened this yet, but you can feel it through the bag that these are teeny tiny pieces of chocolate. It says on the front of the package "Real chocolate bits that melt instantly in warm milk." On the back of these packages are recipes for the perfect hot chocolate. I am a hugeeee fan of hot chocolate, especially around this time of the year, so I am super excited to try these out. I love how they included two of these too, I'm sure I'm going to be a huge fan of this product after I try it :)

 

Next up we have five squares of chocolate. Three of these are Dark chocolate, which happen to be my least favorite kind of chocolate, but I'm sure they wont go to waste in my house lol. You really cant go wrong when it comes to chocolate, everyone loves it lol. The two that are left, in the red wrappers are Milk chocolate with expresso! These just sounded amazing when I first seen these in my box and I just couldn't control myself. I just had to have one.....or maybe both of them. Sorry I couldn't control myself. These were amazing, and now I'm wishing more of these came in this box!

 

 

Another sweet treat is up next. This one is peppermint vanilla mints! These just scream "Dani" lol pretty much my two favorite things into one, peppermint, and vanilla. I do have to say these were pretty darn good as well. I did enjoy these and plan on putting a few of these in my new hot choco mix that came in this box. I have a feeling that will be an amazing combo!

 

 

The next item is not food this time lol. This time it's just a notepad.  This notepad is pretty basic but I like it and I'm sure I will be using this for something. I don't know about you but I always need to write stuff down, so this will be perfect I can just throw this into my purse and it will be great.

 

 

I like how the inside of this notepad is all blank. This gives you more room for writing things down. This may seem like just something to fill the box with, but I think this was a great idea to include something like this.

 

Were getting towards the end of this review now, lets see what we have next!

Next is a mug filled with some goodies inside of it. I'm sad to announce that the spoon that is attached to the mug didn't make it with the shipping :( But that's okay this is still a really great mug without the spoon.

 

 

Inside the mug there was a flash drive! How perfect is this?! I was actually planning to go out and get a new one soon, and now I don't need too lol. I go through these like crazy! So it's nice to have a few spares! I'm not sure of the GB for this, but that's okay I'm sure it will hold exactly what I need it to :)

 

 

The next item in this box is a product from a company by the name of Craftsman Soap company. This is a company I haven't heard of before. I love trying new products. The product that was included from them is called Plantain Lip Balm. Let's just say from the first sniff, I didn't think that this smelled anything like a plantain lol. I did decide to try it out on my lips and I do have to say this is super moisturizing and nourishing. I think this is a great product and I plan on using this a lot with this cold weather, this will be perfect.

 

 

Of course included in this box is sheet that includes a full description of each product and the brand information of each as well. This is pretty helpful. This was on top on the box but I decided to ignore that because I wanted to be surprised with what was inside this box! For my final thoughts on this box I would have to say I'm pretty impressed with this box. I think this is a great subscription box for college students. This doesn't just have to used my college students, this would be great for a lot of people. I could see college students being the most beneficial from this box however. I like all the products that were included in this box. I don't think there is anything I didn't like actually. I am excited to try them all out. Today I am reviewing a box that I have never heard of before this review. The box is called the Bulu Box and pretty much what it is, a healthy lifestyle box that contains products that help good nutrition!

 

 

I'm going to take you all with me as I open up this box for the first time Woo-Hoo! So as soon as I opened the box right on top was a card with my name. This automatically makes me feel special!

Oooh look at all the goodies that are inside this box! Alright lets take a look at everything one at a time so we can see what's all inside of this box!

 

 

Up first we have Energems. I have never heard of this product but it says it's a clean boost of healthy energy, which is probably something I would like to try! However I am not a huge fan of chocolate so this is probably a no go for me. I may try it just to see if I like it because you really never know!

 

 

Look at that we have another one of these. This one is in different flavor, dark mint chocolate. I'm really not a fan of dark chocolate at all but I do like mint. So I have a feeling that I will like this one a little better then the other one. These also contain vitamins B and D.

 

 

.....and another one of these lol. These are in berry flavored dark chocolate. These must be pretty good sense they included a few different samples of these. I like how they included three completely different flavors that helps for picky people (like myself lol) now I have a flavor I might like :) I'm super excited to try these out and see if they really go give you a boost of energy. It contains caffeine so it must work! Each one of these packets contains three gems.

 

Up next we have Clean Lax and Digest which are both dietary supplements. These are powders that you mix into water. I have always wanted to try a product like this out so this is a hit with me! I will be sure to try these out for sure. They are also GMO free!

 

The next item is something that looks amazing! A protein bar by the Smart for Life. I have tried quite a few protein bars, but I don't think I have ever tried this brand before. This flavor is Low Sugar Caramel Almond. I'm not even going to lie I was going to wait and save this to eat, but right after I took this picture I just had to try it lol. It was sooooo yummy and it had a really good crunch to it! It was really filing as well. I thought this bar was a lot bigger then bars that I normally eat. I will definitely  be checking this brand out and seeing what other flavors they have.

 

 

The next thing in this box is few tea samples. I know tea is quite a craze right now so I'm sure everyone is loving getting these in their box this month. I love tea as well. The flavors they included are Vanilla Nut and Dandelion Dark Roast. The vanilla one sounds like something I would like. The Dandelion one however doesn't lol. I will give it a try though just to see! These are by the brand Teeccino which again is a brand I haven't heard of either.

 

 

Alright so now we have gotten to the last item that is in my box this month. These are called Pink Ice Energy which are little crystals that you supposedly suppose to sprinkle in your mouth and  they dissolve and will give you energy. It says on the package that it gives you fresh breath which makes me think that this is in a mint flavor which makes me even more excited to try this product sense I have a huge fan of mint things. I always could use more energy so I will for sure be using these ASAP.

 

This box also contains a few flyers on the different brands that are inside the box along with the description of each product. I am super impressed with this box. All of these products I am super pumped to try out. I love how all of these are brands I have never heard of before. It really is a great deal because you get to try out  so many different products! I really hope to feature this box more often. I am so beyond grateful I was able to review this box for them! All of these products are things I have either wanted to try or stuff that I like so this box was amazing for me!

Honest Tea Review!

Today I have probably one of the most exciting blog posts for you guys!

I was contacted by the people at Honest Tea who heard about my blog and was asked to review some of their teas. I'm super flattered that they reached out to me. I've always been a huge fan of their products as well, so I was pretty pumped when I was emailing them!

 

For my review they sent me two different flavors of their tea in the 16.9 fl Oz bottles.

 

Enclosed in my package from Honest Tea was a handwritten note, which was super nice and thoughtful!

 

The first tea that they sent me was a raspberry tea, which is always my favorite flavor of iced teas. I wasn't fooled by this, that's for sure. I really enjoyed this tea, its not super sweet but it does have some flavor too it.

 

There's only 100 calories in this drink, which isn't too bad. But for the amount of sugar you are drinking it isn't worth it for me. I did however like this drink though, it's not something I would drink too often but it is something that I would drink on occasion for a "treat". I will definitely be re-purchasing this tea for sure :)

 

The next one I had to review was their green tea. I've never really been a fan of green tea, but lately I've been really loving it for some reason. That's what I've been ordering at Starbucks for the last week or so. I was excited to have possible found an alternative to spending so much money at Starbucks and try this out instead. I'm going to be honest this one I didn't really enjoy. It wasn't flavorful at all.

 

The fact that is doesn't really have a taste kind of baffles me because that amount of sugar in this!, 19 grams, and you cant even taste it, like at all. I don't think this drink is terrible, but it just isn't for me. It would probably be better with something added to it like a sugar substitute, or maybe even some flavored syrup. I'd probably not go out and buy this tea flavor ever, but it is worth a try especially if your a green tea fan

 

Overall these products are pretty good, like I said before I've always been a fan of Honest Tea. It's a great company and pretty inexpensive which is nice. They have a large selection of different teas and I really suggest checking them out and seeing what their about, I can assure you, you wont be disappointed!
