Star Soaps by Ivana! Review!

Today I have a review for you all on an online shop on Etsy! This store is called Star Soaps by Ivana.

The shop owner Ivana, is super friendly and super talented as well. Her shop is packed with all kinds of different products. All of these products look amazing to me! She makes soaps, lotions, scrubs, lip-balms and so much more. All of her products are super unique and I just love her style. She has so many products and I'm sure you will find the perfect product for yourself.  She sent me three products to try out and I am excited to share them all with you!

The first product is a lip-balm. I am so excited that she included one of these because I am a huge lipbalm fan in general and I can never have enough of these to be honest with you lol. The scent she sent me is cookies, which just by the name alone I knew I was going to love this product. I am a huge fan of sweet/food scented things so this was amazing to me. Don't worry if cookie isn't your scent she has 9 others to choose from such as caramel, french vanilla, mango & papaya, banana, lemon, sweet tangerine, orange, mint, bubble gum, chamomile, and coffee.

I must say one of my favorite things about this product is that the ingredients are listed on the side on the label. There will be no surprises with this product, you know everything that is inside which is nice. Especially if you have any type of allergies this will be perfect for you! The only ingredients that are in the product are beeswax, coconut oil, olive oil, almond oil, shea butter and cookie flavor!

 

I must say that the packaging for this product is pretty perfect as well. This looks like a product you would buy at the store. It easily rolls up and back down. It's super easy to use. As far as the actual product goes, I love it! It smells amazing, tastes amazing (which is important lol). I love the way this product glides on my lips. It's not super greasy or drying either. I think this is the perfect lip balm. It really moisturizes my lips and makes them feel amazing. I have been using this product like crazy! I am in love with this. I can only imagine how amazing the other scents of this product are.

The next product I have up to review for you all is an adorable hand made bar of soap. I love this one for many reasons. I mean just look at it this bar of soap is absolutely adorable. I love how this is a heart, and I also love the colors that she chose for this one as well.

As you can see from this picture there is actually a smaller white heart in the center of this bar of soap which is pretty cool. I love unique looking soap and this certainly is unique to say the least. I used this bar of soap in my bathroom around Valentines Day and I received several compliments from my quests who were over. Everyone thought it was adorable. It really added a small but simple décor piece to my bathroom. As far as scent goes this came to me in the scent strawberry which smelled amazing and sweet! I loved this and thought this was perfect for the bathroom. It made your hands feels really good and also made them smell great as well.

 

 The last item I have to review for you all is another bar of soap. This one is a little different then the previous one. This bar of soap is in the scent Cinnamon, which smells so good its not even funny lol. This soap smells so good I was tempted to eat it (which I don't recommend doing lol). I love the details in this one as well. It really looks like a cinnamon swirl. This soap in my opinion looks just like the Cinamon toast crunch cereal and it smells just like it too! This was pretty powerful in it's scent too! I thought the scent lasted quite a while and I was impressed.

Overal this shop is amazing and has such a great selection of products. I loved everything I got from this review and have been using all of them. I love everything listed in her shop as well. I highly recommend checking out this shop for yourself and finding the perfect product for yourself.

JuliesHandMadeSoaps on Etsy! Review!

 

 

I received some pretty awesome soap samples from a shop on etsy by the name of JuliesHandMadeSoaps

 

 

 

I have done quite a few soap reviews here on my blog, but I have to say this one Is way different from any other one I have reviewed yet. As you can tell from the pictures in this post, these are Mickey and Minnie soaps! I have never reviewed soap that was made from a mold before. I love how these bars of soap are Disney as well. As you you all know I am obsessed with Disney, enough with all these bars of soap look lets get into a full review on how I liked them.

She sent me 4 different samples to try out. Two are Mickey and two of them are Minnie Mouse. I cant get over how perfect these look to be honest with you. I have seen some people try to make soap out of molds similar to these and have them fail miserably but I do have to say that she did an amazing job at making these. In the box that she shipped these in there wasn't a label on which scent these were so I kinda just had to make a guess for myself by the scents she has listed on her site. I'm going to guess both of the blue soaps are in the scent downy, which is a fabric softener. This scent was probably my favorite out of these soaps. This is a very refreshing and clean scent which I really enjoy. The green bar of soap I do believe is eucalyptus, which was amazing as well. This scent was pretty strong but not overpowering. I love the smell of eucalyptus especially when I'm sick. I'll be hanging out to this one for the next time I get a cold, this will be perfect for a warm bubble bath. The brown Mickey bar is next, this is the one I had the biggest problem trying to identify out of the three that she sent me to try. I'm just making a guess, but I do feel like this one is Lavender. To be 100% honest I'm not a huge fan of floral scents so this one wasn't quite for me, but that's okay! My mom really enjoyed this one, so in the end it all worked out.

 

As far as the quality of these soaps go, I can honestly say I was impressed. I loved the fragrance of each of these soaps. I can honestly say that I was impressed with how high in fragrance these were  as well. The scent in these never faded away. It's hard to find a bar of soap like that. Even some of the ones you find in the stores loose these scent after a few times after using them but I can assure you, that you wont have that problem with these. I tried each of these soaps out just by washing my hands with them a few times with each. I have super sensitive skin, so I wanted to be careful and just try them out as hand soap first.

 

These bars of soaps left my hands feeling clean and my hands actually smelt good as well. I had no skin irritation with any of these soaps so I will be using these in the shower next time. I love how these soaps can have a few different uses. For example  you can use these as just a bar of soap to wash your hands or you can also use these as a body soap, or maybe a bar of soap to shave with. These are really nice bars of soap and they make some pretty cute décor as well. I left these in my soap dish in my guest bathroom and I received sooo many compliments from people.

 

This shop has a wide range of different soaps. She has a bout a million molds to choose from (okay maybe not a million, but she has a lot lol you get the point) She can make the soaps in a wide range of colors and scents as well, which is pretty cool. These would make a great gift sense they are so customizable.

 

I highly recommend this shop, and all of her products. She is extremely talented and I am so grateful I was able to include her in my blog.

TheMuddyMoose On Etsy! Holiday Gift Guide Review!

 

I received a few different products to try out from a shop on Etsy called TheMuddyMoose

 

 

The first product I got to try out is one of their lip butter in the scent Bubble gum. I love the packaging for this one, you easily slide the top over and it opens. I was amazed by how much this really did smell like bubble gum.

I'm not really a huge fan of bubble gum. So I decided to hold onto this and use this for one of my upcoming giveaways for you guys to enjoy!

 

 

Next up we have a foaming sugar scrub in the scent green tea and cucumber. I was very interested in this products when I first opened the package. A foaming super scrub? I have never heard of such a thing before. I am a huge fan of sugar scrubs in general so I was super excited to see a new type of product I could try out. Green Tea and Cucumber didn't exactly sound like a scent I would like either, but I was very wrong about that. This scent is so nice and clean it really reminds me of Cucumber melon from Bath and Body Works, from back in the day, that was one of my all time favorites.

 

As far as texture goes, they weren't kidding when they said it was foaming lol. This was probably one of the strangest textures of a scrub I have ever tried, and by strange I don't mean bad either. I really did enjoy this product it did an awesome job and exfoliating my skin, and wasn't too harsh on it either, which was really nice sense I have super sensitive skin. In fact I found this product to be really refreshing. The only bad thing I could say about this product is that I wish it was in a bigger container, and had more product lol. I love this product, and a little really does go a long way but I am going to be extremely sad when this is all gone lol.

 

Next up we have the same product but this time it's in another scent. This foaming sugar scrub is in the scent Lavender. I do really enjoy the scent of Lavender but sometimes My body decides to not let me lol. I sometimes get really bad migraines just from the scent, but that's okay! This will be another giveaway item!

 

Another thing I really like about all these products is that they all have the safety seals on them under the lid, which is really nice. I kept this one on so you guys can enjoy this product :)

 

A skin cream is next, in the scent Sandalwood Vanilla. This smells amazing, I was instantly hooked when I seen the name vanilla lol. I opened this and was surprised on well this smelt, I thought it would have a strong scent of the Sandalwood, but it really doesn't. In my opinion is just smells like vanilla.

The texture is super thick and really creamy as well. I tried this on my hands and it was extremely moisturizing and felt really nice. I didn't have the chance to try this on my body, however I do think this would get a great lotion for after the shower. I'm really excited to try this product a few more times.

 

The last thing I have to review is a bar of soap. This one is in the scent spiced cranberry. This smells amazing, I can't even begin to explain to you how amazing this smells. It smells so sweet and yummy. I used this a few times  to wash my hands, before my mom stole this from me lol. This is her all time favorite scent of all time lol.

This really is a nice soap, it does a great job at washing and cleaning my hands, and makes your hands smell great. I think this would be the perfect bar of soap for the kitchen, and this scent is great for the holiday season :)

 

 

Overall I'm highly impressed with this shop. There products work great, they are packed with amazing fragrances and all the packaging is great as well. These look like products you would buy from the store.

 

These would be the perfect gifts for anyone, you could make a really great basket out of these products from someone special in on of their favorite scents, and it would be a really great gift.

I recieved some soap samples from a shop on Etsy by the name of SouthernEscentuals

She sent me two sample sizes of her popular soaps, Watermelon and Cotton Blossom.

The first one I am going to review is the watermelon one. I was most excited to try this out because that it one of my all time favorite soaps of all time. I immediately went to wash my hands after opening this package lol. I was kinda disappointed when I opened the bag and took this out and smelled it for the first time. It didn't really smell like watermelon at all. I thought that maybe once I used it a few times maybe the scent would get better, but it didn't really. I mean it doesn't smell bad or anything it just didn't smell like watermelons to me. I did however really like this formula in the soap. It made my hands really clean feelings and super soft as well. I do like how she made this look just like a watermelon piece. It really is really cute, this would look adorable laying in a soap dish.

Next up we have a sample size of the Cotton Blossom soap. I was excited to try this one as well. I am a huge lover of all kinds of soaps lol. I tried this one later on in the day and I actually enjoyed the scent of this one really enjoyable. This one smelled like clean laundry which just smells fresh and clean. I found it very surprising that I liked this one better. As far at the formula goes with this one I would say there the same, and I really enjoyed this one. This one isn't designed into a cool unique shape this one on is just s plain piece of soap, which is okay I still really liked it.

I also might have a feelings that maybe because both of these soaps were packaged together, the scent of the cotton one really over powered the watermelon one. Just because when I opened the bag that is all that I could really smell. I could be wrong though.... who knows.

I received two different products from a shop on etsy by the name of MaryJanesTouch on Etsy!

 

 

The first item that she sent me a bar of shop that she sells in her shop that is called " Candy Crush Hemp Soap". Just by the name I was instantly intrigued into trying out this product for myself. I love the texture of this soap, it has little chunks in it which makes it look just like candy, which is pretty cool. This soap is super moisturizing and made my hands reallllllly soft. This is the perfect bar of soap for the kitchen or bathroom!

As you can tell from this photo that this is a pretty big  sized bar of soap it is approximately 4 oz. I also love that this came inside of box. This way it didn't melt or break on it's trip to Florida :) As far as scent goes I was really expecting this soap to be super potent and sweet smelling, but it really wasn't. Now don't get me wrong, this still smells really good, I was just expecting it to be a bit more powerful with it's scent. This is still a really nice bar of soap, and I will definitely keep using it and might even purchase more in the future :)

 

 

Next up we have  this Apple Mango Scrub. Now this stuff was amazing! This is only the sample size. The one you can purchase in her shop is inside of an 8 oz container. I loved this stuff probably way to much. lol The scent was amazing and really powerful and sweet smelling. I used this to exfoliate before I shaved and it really did an amazing job. I am super mad at myself because for some reason I forgot to take a picture of what the actual texture of this product is like.....

So I am borrowing this picture from her shop so you can kind of get a feel for what this stuff looks like. As you can see in the container its green. You can also see how this texture look, it really feels just like sugar. I loved using this product and I'm sad that it's all gone now :( lol
