Let It Snow Sign from Sandb_crafts! Review

 

Today I will be sharing with you all a one of a kind piece from Sandb_crafts. She custom made this sign just for me and I couldn't be any more happy with how it came out. She came  up with this design all on her own and I just love it. I seriously just want to keep it out year long in my house lol.

The thing I really love about the signs that she makes if that they are all hand painted, which really says alot about the time that she puts into each piece. She makes sure that they are all perfect, and I must say that this one here is pretty perfect. I am amazed with her artistic skill and how she was able to hand paint this on her own. She has a lot of talent and that's for sure!

 

If you look close enough you can see all the details that she made to this sign. The Minnie Mouse is actually all glittery and her bow has glitter too! It looks beautiful and it just pops so nicely on this sign. I love how she didn't want to leave any blank space so she made snow all around the words, it really makes the sign feel whole and make it feel more finished opposed to her just leaving it blank.

Each sign that she makes is made on a beautiful piece of wood. The wood that she uses for her signs is super durable and high quality. This sign does not feel cheap at all whats so ever! I am super impressed with the quality and the design of this piece. I can assure you that I will have this forever.

LeaniesLoft On Etsy! Review!

 

I have a customized wine glass to review today from a shop on etsy by the name of LeaniesLoft

 

 

I spoke to this shop owner a while ago about being featured on my blog. My birthday was coming up so she decided to make me a customized wine glass for my birthday. This actually ended up matching my birthday outfit as well which was awesome.

 

As far as customization goes she designed the entire bottom of the glass with little pieces of things made out of clay and placed them on the glass. The first big thing that she made on this wine glass was my name. I love the way that she designed my name it looks really "flowy" and it looks really cute :)

 

She also included a little Mickey head on there as well, because we all know how important that little mouse is to me lol.

 

The last thing she made on this glass was a little cupcake. This was probably my favorite part of the glass I thought it was super adorable and really tiny. I love the way she did the icing on this it looks so real and so cute. This cupcake was actually pretty identical to the cupcake that was on my shirt that I wore on my birthday.

 

She decorated the bottom of the stem of the glass with some light blue clay and placed some white polka dots on it as well. I think my all time favorite part of this glass has to be that its completely covered in glitter! I am in love with this and how it look, its gorgeous especially when it's in the light. I love the way the glitter catches the light. I used this a lot on my birthday trip  to Disney World. I didn't carry this to the parks but when we were in the hotel I sure used this. I pretty much used this every chance I could get lol. Now I have decided that this is kind of like a memory from my birthday weekend so I plan on using this on my vanity to hold some makeup brushes which I think will make a really adorable decoration piece.

AllAmericanaCrafts On Etsy! Review!

 

I received a ornament from a shop on Etsy by the name of AllAmericanaCrafts

 

The ornament I received to review is from a lace ornament. To be honest I have never seen an ornament quite like this one before and I do like this. This is a very plain and light weight ornament. This entire ornament is made out of just lace. Being so light is such a good thing when it comes to ornament. I don't know about you, but I become super annoyed when decorating the Christmas tree and ornaments start to fall off! I hate the way some heavy ornament tug on your tree and make the branches hang really low. You wont have that problem with these, just because they are literally so light!

Also if you have kids, these would be the perfect ornament for you to use on your tree. You wont have to worry about your kids taking these off the tree and dropping them on the floor and breaking them!

 

These make for the perfect ornament for a simple tree! I love how this shop makes a ton of these in different colors, and different shapes as well. These would decorate any Christmas tree beautifully and would spice It up for sure.

TheMemoryKeeper On Etsy! Holiday Gift Guide Review!

 

 

I received a gorgeous keepsake box from a shop on etsy by the name of TheMemoryKeeper

 

 

She sent me this gorgeous decorated keepsake box, that I just love. This box is just gorgeous. There are so many small details on this box and its incredible. The box it self is made out of a hard thick card board that feels really heavy duty. This is a box that is going to last you a really long time and there is no doubt about that, and that's for sure. The pattern that the box is, is a really simple and gorgeous pink floral print. I love this print, its a simple print and isn't too crazy. I couldn't find the link to this actual box so I just included a link for a box similar to this one.

As you can see from the picture up above, this is a pretty decent sized box, this can hold a lot and i'm sure you could find the perfect use for it. I plan on using this to store all my cards that I have gotten over the years, and I think this is going to be perfect for it :)

 

 

She decorated this box beautifully as well the sides of this box she attached some really cute frilly pink lace, this acts like a boarder for the box. I love this touch I think it goes really well with this pink print on the box. On the very top on the box she attached a white lace box that is really pretty, attached to the lace bow is metal heart pendent which goes nicely as well.

 

 

Overall I'm impressed with this box, this is great quality and I will be putting this to good use.

 

These would be great gifts for anyone, even use this box to put smaller gifts inside and that way they could keep :)

How'd you come up with the name of your shop: My niece and nephew call me Mimi and at the time I was working with mostly jars. 

How long has your shop been open: June 2014

What gave you the idea about opening an etsy shop: I had done a paint project with my niece and nephew. I posted the pictures and people loved it. I figured I'd try my hand at selling and Etsy was the first place I thought of.

Is this a hobby of your or do you do this full time?: Right now it's a hobby with hopes of becoming full time. 

What kind of items do you sell in your shop: I sell a mix of sugar scrubs and home decor

Your favorite item that you sell: I can't pick a favorite! I love every item that is shipped out

Something you want to happen to your shop in the future: I hope to add more scents to my sugar scrubs and to add more variety to my home decor, as well.

Do you have any plans for your shop products in the future: Yes.

If so what: Some of my sugar scrubs are not 100% natural and I am working on making all of them natural. 

What is something you want your future customers to know about your shop: I do take custom orders for baby showers, bridal parties, and gifts for any time. I generally give a discount for those bulk orders!

 

 

 

This is a really cute shop! She sell's lots of different types of scrubs in a large assortment of different scents. I personally haven't tried any yet but they all sound really amazing! My favorite item in her shop has to be this Mason Jar that she painted its so pretty!!!!
