NovelExpression! Review!

I received probably one of  the most unique items I have ever reviewed here on my blog, these books are from a shop on Etsy by the name of NovelExpression

I received two different books from this shops. This first one I am going to review for all of you is a custom creation she did just for me. As you can see when you stand these books up they say something. She told me she could put pretty much anything in these books. I chose to go with my boyfriends name and my name. I really am terrible at taking pictures, but I'm hoping you can tell what this says. I have never seen anything quite like this before. It truly is a piece of gorgeous art, that I'm sure will get a lot of attention in your house from guests.

Even the books she uses are gorgeous! The one she created with my boyfriend and I's names looks like an old story book. The book itself is pretty big, and the sides of the pages has that old rim. I think this was the perfect book to use.

This next book was created for a giveaway I will be hosting here soon! You will all have the chance to win this book! If you are interested please stay tuned and I will be sure to update you guys with the process on how this giveaway will go. Brave is written on the pages of this book and I love it. This one is pretty basic compared to my other book, but it's still really gorgeous.

This book is Divergent which I know is pretty popular book right now and a lot of people like it :) I however haven't had the chance to read it yet. It is super gorgeous book as well.

I think this is one of the most creative shops I have ever found on etsy. I am blown away with how gorgeous these pieces are. These make great room décor and I cant wait to show them off. I love how customizable these are too. You can pretty much get whatever words you want, and pick from a variety of book to use too. I am in love with mine! Thank you so much!!!

GeekyGirlScents On Etsy! Interview :)

Name: Chelsea Grosskopf

Location: Oxnard, CA

Age: 26

Name of shop: Geeky Girl Scents

How'd you come up with the name of your shop: I decided to combine two things that I love, making candles and geeky things. So I came up with Geeky Girl Scents. I thought it was unique too J

How long has your shop been open: Since May 2015

What gave you the idea about opening an etsy shop: I figured it would be the best way to get my shop and products known and to a greater audience, all over the country.

Is this a hobby of your or do you do this full time?: This is a hobby but hopefully someday would be a full time thing.

What kind of items do you sell in your shop: Soy candles.

Your favorite item that you sell: Fred and George’s Love Potion and A Pirate’s Life For Me are my two favorite scents.
Retails:($12.00)
Fred and George's Love Potion (Cherry Blossom and Citrus) - 8 oz Soy Candle

Retails:($12.00)
A Pirate's Life for Me (Fruity with Bergamot) - 8 oz Soy Candle

Something you want to happen to your shop in the future: Hopefully get more customers and add more scents to my shop. I will be coming out with new ones for the fall season soon!

Do you have any plans for your shop products in the future: I’d like to someday make candles in different containers instead of just tin, such as glass. Once I get a better profit, I will expand.

What is something you want your future customers to kno about your shop: I love making candles and hope that you love the ones I make. I always had a hard time buying candles that actually had a strong, lasting scent. I guarantee that my candles have exactly that and you will not be disappointed. They will fill the room with a lovely scent.

It's hard to pick a favorite candle just by reading about them and not actually smelling them but this candle sounds amazing! It's called "Eat me" which is a reference from Disney's Alice in Wonderland. I love how all the candles in this shop are named after Disney, or other characters are movie. I wouldn't doubt that this candle is amazing.
Retails:($12.00)
Eat Me - Alice in Wonderland (Buttery Vanilla Cake) - 8 oz Soy Candle
